I was having a somewhat mediocre experience at the UMass Campus Rec until a strapping young employee named Justin swiped my ucard in order for me to return my rental lock, and told me "Have a nice day" with a smile. His handsome face and perfectly quaffed hair made my day! Five stars for UMass Campus Rec, SIX stars for Justin the employee!
