This little place is a flashback to my hippy days. A market and cozy café, where my friend and I enjoyed a perfectly cooked and served breakfast using homemade bread. Plenty of parking and easy to get to in North Amherst and only 20 to 15 minutes from there to downtown, where we toured Emily Dickinson's home.
Cashman Café is really nice! They have a great drink menu with coffee and matcha options, plus some tasty breakfast choices. We had the blueberry pancakes, which were really good but the wait was sooo long, around 40 minutes just for pancakes. It was on the weekend, so maybe that explains the delay, but still something to keep in mind.
This is one of the best places for breakfast or lunch in Amherst IMO! Their turkey Reuben is delicious and all the breakfasts I've had here are also! Next time I'm going to add bacon to the breakfast burrito though. Also, MOCHA LATTÉ. The line can get pretty long on the weekends and holidays so be prepared.
