I have ordered from Delivery Express several times. The food is always delivered on time, and I always receive a kind call to let me know when my order has arrived. The delivery driver is very careful to place my food inside so that it stays warm. The service is great, and the service fee is cheaper than DoorDash and Uber. Another reason I use Delivery Express is that my favorite restaurants are available here.

Don't use Door Dash! Delivery Express has been around for years and they are great. Are there delays? Rarely and it's usually the restaurants fault. On several occasions they have called me to explain a delay, the restaurant is about to close, or an item is out of stock. Highly recommend this local service.

We've always had good luck with Delivery Express. We know to order early on the weekend due to higher demand, especially when the colleges are in session. We've gotten emails letting us know the driver is at the restaurant, and then again when the driver is on their way. Delivery Express lets us wait in the comfort of our home for our meal to be prepared and delivered. If it is an especially busy time, there might be a time when we decide to reheat food, but this is not often an issue and is a small price to pay for getting food delivered to our doorstep.

Great for people who can’t leave work. Both the Delivery Fee and Tip are reasonably priced. The restaurant selection is awesome. I’ve never had a problem with wait times. Depending on the time of day, construction projects, and events traffic can be heavy around the UMass area. If more orders are coming into a restaurant the delivery driver is already at, why wouldn’t they wait the extra ten to fifteen minutes. Its an estimated time anyways, things happen.
