They charged me for the meal then after 3 hours they made a unauthorized charge to my card for 6 bucks, be careful with your bank account here

We use them a lot. The food gets here warn and usually with in the time that they say. Jamal is an excellent delivery driver. Kudos to all!
I love them. There are many of my favorite restaurants that don't have other options and they are reasonably priced and it might take a little longer, but it is worth it!
Their website told me my pizza would be at the address in 1 minute. Waited outside in the rain, called the pizza place, and they told me they had just started the order. Would give them zero stars if possible.
Absolutely horrible. I ordered from a restaurant that is 3 minutes away by car and the order took over an hour and 15 minutes. There were no updates on the ETA and customer service was very unhelpful + uninformative about it. The food came completely cold – it was a great disappointment. Do not recommend! Use doordash or uber eats. It takes a quarter of the time.
Have ordered from them a couple of times, hoping for the best, but the same thing ALWAYS happens. Food will be an hour late with no call, text, or email, then if you finally hear from them, they will say the restaurant was busy. I’ve gotten takeout from this restaurant countless times and the wait is only ever 15-20 minutes even when it’s packed, so I know for a fact it’s not their fault. Using this delivery service, the food is cold and the tea is watery. I should have read the reviews first. Don’t chance it, not worth it.
I prefer to use a local company such as Delivery Express than the corporate competition, and in the past their service has been fine. Which is why I have given them 3 stars, rather than the 1 star their latest non-delivery warrants. When I placed the order, the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. After the elapsed 45 minutes, I received a call saying that they had no drivers available, and they had not yet contacted the restaurant (which I suppose was better than having cold food awaiting pick-up). I said that I would pick it up myself, and since they already had the order in the system they offered to place the order with the restaurant, minus the delivery charge and tip. However, when the charge came through, it included delivery and tip. I called to complain politely, they apologized and said of course the additional charges would be refunded. 2 weeks later, I am still waiting. After calling them again, I was offered a credit on my next order. Given the poor service, I'm not sure there will be a next order, so I have again asked for the charge to be refunded (as was originally promised). Apparently the accounts department will now call me in 3-4 days - why do I think this won't happen?
My student organization orders from delivery express every Sunday. We call right at 4 when deliver express opens orders, and ask for the food to be delivered at 5:30. 9/10 times the food arrives 30-60 minutes late, despite calling an hour and a half before the requested delivery time. Customer service really leaves something to be desired as well. I know it's not an issue with the restaurants themselves because every time I've ordered from one of the restaurants on my own time, they are punctual. I don't understand how a business that specializes in delivery manages to have their orders late so consistently every time, to the point where it's a running joke within the student group I am involved in.
Used to be a good service. Now when my food was about an hour late, with no notice, no updates; there were no apologies when I called. The "manager" at Amherst Delivery express had the nerve to try to blame the restaurant for the late delivery - but I had called and confirmed my order had been picked up on time. I recommend restaurants to contract with other delivery services as using this service will reflect poorly on your restaurant (and the food you're trying to deliver) - and they will blame your restaurant.

I love using Delivery Express! Much better than DoorDash or other larger companies (who take advantage of their workers), and I love that they're in multiple Western Mass cities. I've used them dozens of times with zero issues, couldn't be happier!

Everytime that the owner is not their I either get some lame excuses on why my order isn’t being processed in their system or the workers try to tell me that the prices have gone up and try to get me for more money like why about places upping there prices. Please do better!
Second (and last) time using delivery express. Took two hours for delivery both times.
