This Dunkin’ Donuts never seem to be fully staffed or properly staffed after local holidays I always get back my order wrong. There’s always something missing and some of the staff here are just too complacent and I felt like I’m being mistreated.

It felt like a typical Dunkin' drive-thru. Ordered an iced coffee, waited in line for what seemed like forever because the person ahead of us may have had a problem because they sat there for about 8 minutes after they received their order. The guy at the window didn't speak but wasn't rude or anything. It wasn't my best or my worst experience. Good coffee, that's all I care about.
Parking: Taking a left out of there is sometimes very difficult and treacherous so you may want to plan around that.

Rude, the workers ignored me and my friend multiple times, the meat in my sandwich was pink in the middle and the croissant was stale. There was someone in the kitchen who kept farting which was really unsanitary and disgusting. Really slow, I had waited five minutes for one donut, that tasted like it’s been out for a while. Basically ass place it sucks.

Drive thru cashier was absurdly rude to me after I asked a very simple question about a new coffee I had never tried before. It was an older lady with brown hair and she decided to give me a crumpled napkin with boogers on it as some sort of intimidation tactic. In addition she acted disgusted that I didn’t know the ingredients to this new coffee they’d just come out with. Don’t come here unless you enjoy being berated by lifelong Dunkin’ Donuts employees. Will not be recommending this place to anyone nor will I ever be coming back here again.

Awful service every time we've come here. Rude employees shit talking the customers when their managers tried to correct them on a mistake they made with a different order. Drive a few minutes out of the way to avoid this one.
Didn’t recognize my name when I showed them the order number and name and said “there’s no such order”. The receipt and transaction history showed its 312 college street here. Ended up paid for nothing but wait at drive through for 8 minutes in the morning so that’s not okay.

Awful service, awful food. We shouldn’t have had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come up and tell us there going on break and that they refuse take our order. After waiting another minute we realized they are not going to serve is unless we are in the drive-thur. So after having to repeat our order at least 4 times because the drive-thru speakers are garbage and they apparently can’t make out most of what we are saying. We finally got to the window to get our order. My boyfriend’s sandwich was not cooked and I had to switch the sandwich inners around because they messed up both of our sandwiches and switched a few ingredients. This isn’t the first time My boyfriend he and I had an bad experience with this Dunkin. It happens every time. Quite frankly I don’t think I will be returning to this Dunkin any time soon or ever honestly. It would be one thing if it happens once or twice but it seems to happen every single time I go which is in no way shape or form reasonable.

asked for a large with light ice lady gave me a medium half full with ice, not to mention added way too much milk in my drink. how does a medium and small drink, plus bacon equal $13? this dunkin is always nice and gets the order right in the afternoon, but the ladies who work there in the morning have a bad attitude and don’t care enough to fix orders.
