It felt like a typical Dunkin' drive-thru. Ordered an iced coffee, waited in line for what seemed like forever because the person ahead of us may have had a problem because they sat there for about 8 minutes after they received their order. The guy at the window didn't speak but wasn't rude or anything. It wasn't my best or my worst experience. Good coffee, that's all I care about.

This is THE WORST DUNKIN IN ALL AMHERST. You wanna be disrespected and talked about while your ordering your food, GO FOR IT. These CHILDREN WORKING HERE ARE NOT ONLY RACIST, but TROUBLE MAKERS. I HAD AN INTERACTION WITH AN EMPLOYEE, after being called a “b****” and various other names. All because HE HAD TO ASK HOW I WANTED MY COFFEE 5 times, to STILL GET IT WRONG. 20 minutes later and being called names and disrespected, as the manager says… “good staff is hard to find”….....
