I’ve been here for about 20 minutes. There are only three customers, yet my break is already over just for getting one coffee — and the coffee is ice-cold and worthless

Man with short curly hair, skin beard, average height or a little above; very rude, spoke in a low tone through headset, could barely hear, only asked 2 questions regarding the menu, tried ordering something off menu, rudely replied, tried ordering something ON the menu, rudely replied, got to the window, not a word from him. Service there is usually subpar, but that was the worst yet.

Management was insanely rude!
Slow service, rude management. Got into an argument with a lady over the phone for asking to sub my muffin for a pumpkin since they didn’t have it on DoorDash so I hung up and she has the audacity to call me back trying to continue the conflict it was 6:30am too early to be starting with your customers. Corporate really needs to look into this store.
Was nonplussed by bacon egg sandwich on sourdough bread.

Absolutely atrocious service - This is referring to only the manager I was serviced by (Female, mid-late 40s, dark complexion and glasses). I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional, and repulsive employee anywhere in my life. The manager on shift treated others (employee & customers) with disgusting behavior. (Eye rolling, attitude, argumentative) Was eating food while working and talking to customers, not wearing gloves, and making food / drinks for customers in between eating (did not wash hands). I witnessed her insult another customer, argue and raise her voice (completely unprompted might I add) all because they kindly asked for a coffee to be remade. No individual should be allowed to treat other people, let alone customers, with so much disrespect. Allowing this woman to keep her job and continue on her day is just enabling this kind of behavior. Nobody and I mean NOBODY who treats others like this should be allowed to work in any sort of customer service / hospitality environment. ESPECIALLY not as a manager.

My sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin was horrible. They had burnt my bread to a moderate level, and the wait today was about 20 in the drive through. What kind of operations are they running in there.

Definitely don’t waste your time, stood for 5 mins cause the poor guy was running the front and had a bathroom break, while three girls in the back did nothing else. Thank you to the gentleman who took my order and has to put up with that bs

I recently came through the line and ordered hashbrowns, which were so hard I could’ve broken my teeth on one of them. When I told the drive-through person I I’m usually never critical, but it was so difficult to eat them because they were were hard as a rock, she sighed with exasperation and told me it would “take me a whole two minutes to make me another bag.” I left with my inedible hashbrowns. 😭😭😭 Worst $1.60 I have ever spent.
