Incredibly rude and hostile. Got argued with in the drive thru about adding coffee milk to my iced coffee. Was told it's not allowed and it can only be in the latte. When I said I'd been ordering it almost daily at this location and others, I was told that was wrong. Was forced to drive off because they refused to make my order.

honestly, take the extra five minutes to go out to the dunkin down the highway. save yourself the time wasted in line to the extremely incompetent people serving drinks. an iced macchiato should have two ACTUAL espresso shots in there, not the leftover bits of the espresso machine that maybe add up to literally a fourth of an actual shot. Now you drive off looking at your macchiato like huh, thats a lot whiter than it should be. Turns out you just ordered an iced sweet milk shake. Then you're like my food cant be as bad, so you start biting into it and BOOM, theres a hair in there. Cancelled. Shut this place down for the love of god please shut this place down. Saving yourself the extra ten minutes to go here IS NOT worth it, go late to your lecture, meeting, whatever it may be. I wouldn't be writing this review if this hasn't happened before...

My friends and I came to this dunkin to get some food and drinks in the drive thru. The workers spoke to us so rudely. Then, they forgot our hash brown, so we went inside with the bag and receipt to get them. The workers told us that we didn’t look hard enough, and continued to talk poorly about us as if we didn’t hear. At first we thought it was just the women that speaks when you order but unfortunately it was every single worker. I think they need to take a class on how to speak to customers because that was the most miserable experience. I’ve worked in the food industry for 7 years and would NEVER speak to anyone that way.

Expect to wait 20 min at a minimum here. Workers are slow even when they aren’t busy.

You really should coach your team members on how to provide proper customer service. To the angry guy who is yelling at customers because "people don't come fast enough when I call their name" the world doesn't revolve around you. Stop being disrespectful, learn how to speak to people when you are at work.

I have one complaint about this place. Every time I go there, only two workers are on duty, and one of them is always in training. This makes it difficult for the other worker to assist customers and train at the same time, causing customers to wait longer than they should for their items.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Girl taking drive thru orders was rude and obnoxious. Manager was berating an employee in front of me while I was talking to her. Horrible

On the morning of 2/16 the woman working here wearing a blue jacket was extremely rude, told me to hurry up when ordering then gave me the wrong order. It wasn’t even that busy. Everyone else was friendly.
