The food isn’t how it appears in the images. I order the chicken in sichuan cilli sauce, and it was boiled instead of fried. It wasn’t even boiled all the way through and I got raw bits in my mouth. The image attached isn’t like the one they display on doordash. The sauce for the crab rangoons was diluted and tasteless and it only had a skimpy portion of filling, it was mostly just fried wrappers. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Owner/manager is very rude to me, treating me as though im a thief every time i pick up a takeout order for a customer. I get this treatment from her every night i go to her establishment for an order. Youll also have better odds playing russian roulette and than getting your order on time. I would go to any of the other 3 asian cousines in town instead of here

This is our favorite restaurant in the area. Not just the best Chinese food but the best food overall.Incredible every time .The Sichuan dishes are our favorite (particularly the soft shell crabs and the shrimp ones), the whole fish with ginger and scallion, Lou mei, and soups are other favorites.Highly recommend.

The food deserves 5 stars! My sesame chicken and my husband's orange chicken were so good!! Taking it down a star for the service. We felt a little neglected during our time there. We didn't even know who our server was because it was four different people who came to our table over the course of our meal. Our water glasses were only checked once, after being empty for a while, and I didn't get my appetizer until my main course was almost gone. Would like to go back sometime though, for the food, and maybe we would get served better.

This place is raicist. They will charge mandatory 18% tip for lunch or dinner if you look Asian or speak Chinese. However, if you come to dine in with Americans, they don’t do the mandatory tip thing. lol they are really afraid of people not tipping rather than improving their service. I always leave good tips but merchants doing this especially treating people differently makes me feel disgusting.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this I felt warranted one. We ordered early Christmas Eve to avoid any rush. The place was not busy yet they still got the order wrong and the items they did get right were poorly cooked. The crab rangoons were crushed, the lo mein was missing the pork, the chicken fingers were soggy, and they forgot the rice we ordered with the sesame chicken. Never ordering from this place again.
I love everything the service the people everything was all good. The one thing that I do not appreciate is them adding the tips on the bill and ask if you want to add more, they charge you close to $20 tip. I feel some type of way about it but other than that everything is good.

I was eating with my family and spotted hair in my food, told two waiters and they both ignored what we said and never tried to solve the issue! So after we just decided to leave and didn’t eat the rest and left it on the table. I went to the bathroom with my daughter and while my husband was going to the car, the waiter that ignored us chased my husband down and begged him to sign the receipt which we did, but only because we left no tip, my husband did not know that the waiter charged himself a almost $14 tip even when we told him no! They have bad customer service. And they need to be ashamed with how they handle situations like this! Money hungry people

A very pleasant lunch. Nice atmosphere, delicious hot tea, a lot of lunch specials, some are vegan, and the price is very good. The food was all delicious and well presented. The staff is very friendly.

My favorites were the beef stuffed scallion pancakes and the radish pancakes (more like a radish hash brown than pancake).Portions: very good for price. We had leftovers.Authenticity: very authentic Taiwanese food.Service: quick, food came out fairly quick.Friendliness: mixed. We were seated straight away. However, the man who seated us seemed agitated. They need a host. The waitress was friendly.Menu: very large.Atmosphere: very standard decor. We dined toward the end of lunch on a weekday. No wait, but seemed fairly busy when we got there.Is one my 2 favorite Asian restaurants. The other being a single pebble in Burlington, VT.

We were seated and waited for about 20 minutes for someone to give us menus and take our order. We had to look at the menu online to choose what we wanted to order. There were 3 waitresses walking around but they never even looked at us. So I saw a waitress take the order of a party of 3 that was seated 10 minutes after us. I demanded to know why we my husband and I were being treated so disrespectfully. She said that the hostess should have given us menus, which was not a good excuse, but at least she was apologetic. Our meals came out at separate times. My husband had to wait for his, so I had to wait 5 minutes until his arrived before I could eat. The food was great, but having to wait for so long ruined what should have been a nice evening.I might get takeout but it was not a good experience actually being there.
