Most of the reviews here are pretty old. The food is, generally speaking, decent. Good amount of fruit and vegetables, great dessert, nice salad bar, good selection of drinks. The bean chili is A++, and they’ve had some well-made tofu dishes. Perfectly seasoned and nice texture.
Can’t speak to how good the meat dishes are, but the vegetarian and vegan options are fine. There’s not a ton of variety in a single meal, but day to day the options change a lot. You can also take your food to go which is great, and they handle the composting situation really well.
Dietary restrictions: They pay special care to allergies and separating out food that’s got nuts, gluten, etc.

Wonderful food, great staff, wonderful atmosphere!
just ok
Menu rotates the same handful of dishes--which are often cold unless you come right after they open. It's nice there are vegan options but unfortunately too much thought is put into satisfying the student body's alternative dietary needs that the standard option is seldom appetizing or edible. Often dining here results in stomach problems. Unfortunately it's the only other place on campus to eat besides the bridge(which is only open three nights a week and is nothing more than overpriced fast food).
The food here is so bad. I have very little cooking experience and I genuinely think I could make this better myself if given the same tools. The corn bread we had today tasted like sand. At the start of the semester they had a “special meal” for new students which ended up being the driest falafel you’ve ever had, a single lettuce leaf and some vile tasting chicken (and chicken is my favorite food so that’s saying something). Their general Tso’s chicken is so salty and flabby it’s borderline inedible. I’m almost concerned for my health when I eat this slop. They can’t even make good rice. How do you mess up rice? If I could give this 0 stars I would. Their other chicken is meh to okay but that’s the best compliment I can give
it's ok
it's ok
Food is ok, could be improved and healtier considering that it's a college dining commons, where young people eat. There are some healthy choices but the main courses aren't always the best ones in terms of healthy food. Depending on the day of the week sometimes it opens/closes too early

Boring food, with quality people making it. The hours are awful.

I wish I could give this zero stars honestly, I am sick basically everyday throwing up numerous of times because of the food and its always under cooked and no season at all whatsoever. Sometimes the staff behind the dinner area are not always nice and there are always bugs flying around the food. The school needs a better person to partner with and also give the place a good cleaning.
it's very cool that theres always a couple vegan options, but not so cool that my vegan friends eat toast for dinner bc the meals are so bad. theres usually one dish with meat in it, but everyone only eats the meat bc that's what they want, and there isnt enough so there are more platters of vegetables. often theres no meat at all, and when asked to include a nonvegan option on those days, the administrators dismiss it out of hand. the chocolate milk is good and the chocolate chip cookies (that are only offered at lunch), but those are both store bought so does it count
