The cookies were great, but unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of the young man working at the front. He had longer hair and appeared to be in his early 20s. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly rude, uninterested, & dismissive. I was actually confused on why I was immediately being treated that way off the bat lol.
I ordered a simple menu item — the cookies & cream ice cream sandwich — and was met with complete unprofessionalism throughout the interaction. It’s hard to understand how someone with that attitude could be the first point of contact for a new business.
I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but I felt compelled to share this because the lack of basic respect and professionalism really stood out. It’s not a good reflection on the company & that ONE experience alone was enough for me to decide not to return.

Great tasting cookies. A lot of options. They have vegan options and a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie only one gluten-free cookie .. A little pricey. 3$ for a regular sized cookie. And 5 for a slightly bigger one. In a nice town where you can get something to eat and then go there after for a cooking…… The ice cream is also good….. Been here several times to try it out. It’s worth it every once in a while…..

The old door had a certain charm and functionality that just worked. The new one? It's just not the same—it feels like they replaced a small, unique touch of the store with something cold and uninviting. It may seem like a small thing, but those little details matter when you’re a regular. Definitely disappointed. Please bring the old door back!

Deliciousness no doubt but the prices are insane. One year ago it was 15 dollars for 6 cookies which is pricey but whatever...cookies are good. A year later its 4 cookies for 20 dollars...in which case...they aren't THAT good. I walked in...took a look at the menu and walked out.
