Amazing service and nice decor inside. Food is decent but not wow. The bulgogi was very chewy, fat and hard to bite through. Ramen served hot.

While their specialty rolls are good, I feel like their traditional rolls are subpar. The fish quality is decent, but I would skip the traditional roles and go somewhere else unless you were coming here for their specialty ones. Small things like not a full portion for miso soup for example, can be frustrating when you pay a good amount of money. I know that the economy is not great right now, so some restaurants may increase their prices, but you would think with such price increases the quality and portions would stay where they should be. I always came here for the bumble Crunch roll, but that has since increased in price within the last semester by over one dollar. Also, rather than paying an extra $.50 for additional things and sushi it is now a dollar per add on. That’s a 50% price increase in less than six months!

My family and I were excited for a dinner at Iya in Amherst and quite disappointed by the service. Upon arriving no one greeted us for around 8 minutes and then when the hostess came over, she could barely muster a smile. We were seated and around 10 minutes later someone came over with waters. I tried to make eye contact but she would not look up and didn't speak to us. We waited for another 15 minutes but no one came over to even take our drink order. After 25 minutes in total of waiting at the table, we got up and left. Overall, I was most disappointed with the cold and disengaged vibe- Bummer!!
Yummy!

Went here yesterday with my family & ordered over $200 worth of food. (Big eaters) We got a bit of everything, our waitress was super accommodating (3 kids) with explaining what we were ordering, serving size, etc. which if you're a parent you know this is very helpful. Everything was prepared to absolute perfection, looked very appealing, & tasted even better! Ended up ordering a couple Cannonball Sushi's to take home because my God 🤌🏼🔥 IMHO it's reasonably priced for the food/location. SOLID 9/10 Hidden gem status.
We are extremely disappointed at the astonishing rip off that they just pulled on us. I've attached a photo of the $21 hibachi chicken. We paid extra for the vegetables which are inedible because they are so salty. This is about a single chicken thighs worth of chicken. Insanely overpriced and very disappointing quality.
Food was decent, but nothing to write home about. Service was sub par. Appitizer came out with food. Server was preoccupied dealing with customer she gave wrong change to.
If in the area again I would explore other sushi/noodle establishments before coming back here.
Great food and service
My favorite place to grab a quick meal in Amherst. Easy to grab parking, intimate space, friendly staff. The Bumblecrunch roll is a must have. Even their salad is my fave. Thank you!
