I can’t say enough good things about this place! The juices, smoothies, & bowls are always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients—you can really taste the difference. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find something you’ll love. Whether I’m in the mood for something refreshing, energizing, or healthy, they never miss. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has such a great vibe. This is hands-down my go-to juice & shake spot, and I recommend it to everyone!

I have never been before today, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a sale on Thursdays for the 16 ounce smoothies, which I was going to order anyway. The person who was running the counter was very kind and helped me choose something I’d like. The space is welcoming with local art and table top games available, I will definitely be back. The smoothie I got was refreshing and kept me energized all day, I got the green goblin. While I was waiting for my smoothie I saw a few of their açaí bowls on the pick up counter, they looked like works of art. I will definitely have to come back soon to try one for myself.

There were so many delicious-looking items on the menu that it took us quite a while to decide. Printed menus were available, and the staff kindly gave us time without rushing us, which we really appreciated.
We visited with kids, and it was great to find healthy options that they could enjoy as well. There were also board games available, which made the waiting time fun and relaxing.
Although there were many pickup and delivery orders, the café has such a nice atmosphere that I would definitely recommend dining in, too.
The avocado toast and smoothies are a must-try, and the açaí green tea paired perfectly with the toast.

Kwench is hands down one of the best smoothie spots I’ve been to. The ingredients are super fresh, the smoothies come out thick and flavorful, and you can really taste the quality. The staff is friendly, quick, and always willing to recommend something new if you’re unsure what to try. The place is clean, has a welcoming vibe, and feels like a perfect stop whether you’re grabbing something post-gym, in between classes, or just want a refreshing pick-me-up. Definitely my go-to spot for smoothies in the area—highly recommend!

Something just feels off about this place. I waited over 20 minutes for a smoothie—with only one person ahead of me. It turns out they don’t prep their produce in advance, so even simple orders take way too long.
The person who took my order seemed unsure about the ingredients, and they were out of a few key things. She also started justifying the price of the spirulina—without me even asking. It was awkward.
Meanwhile, someone (maybe the owner?) parks a black BMW right out front with the hazard lights on or the trunk popped open—clearly trying to dodge tickets. That little move says a lot about how things are run here.
All in all, it felt less like supporting a business and more like doing a favor for a struggling friend. Except I don’t know them. I probably won’t be back.

Oh, this place is fantastic! Bright, welcoming, whimsy, friendly, great service from wonderful folks (hi Lila and Ryo!) It's one of my favorite Amherst spots. If I lived closer I'd come here every day of the week. The bowls (I like pitaya/dragonfruit but acai is nice too) and smoothies are so refreshing and nourishing. I haven't tried one of the juices yet but will!
