We ordered 3 cakes for a recent family reunion. The Lemon, the Hummingbird and the Coconut .
As a testimony to their deliciousness they were nearly instantly consumed by my extended family.
The lemon was tangy and tart but sweet and creamy at the same time, the coconut was coconutty ( is that a word?) sweet and fluffy. The Hummingbird was flavorful and complex without any one flavor being too much or overpowering.
