Lemon Bakery made me an incredible pair of gluten-free/vegan birthday cakes - one carrot cake, one chocolate with raspberry! Everyone commented about the lovely edible flower decoration, and how delicious the cakes were (including non-vegan and non-gf folks). Ordered a lemon cake with raspberry jam back in April for my mom''s birthday and I couldn't come up with something negative to say about it if I tried. Both the cake and the packaging it came in were beautiful. The cake was delicious and exactly what my mom wanted. Pickup was very easy and stress free. Rori was incredibly accommodating and pleasant over email and made my dad a delicious and beautiful carrot cake. Carrot cake is his favorite, but not mine at all, and I still thought it was delicious!
