personal favorite boba place

I think that out of over one hundred reviews I’ve done, I’ve only ever given a 2 star review at worst. But this boba was actually so awful, I feel the need to warn people about it. I asked for Taro with milk pudding, and the lady gave me completely solid, clumped up taro (that wasn’t purple by the way, which is why the photo doesn’t look like taro). My tea was also warm while the egg pudding was cold, so i ended up having a lukewarm grainy tea that honestly tasted awful. Would never go back, and honestly this has brought down my entire view of Amherst.

I love this place. Currently sitting inside, this is my very first visit and try. I got the cheese foam strawberry tea with strawberry popping boba, and my love got a strawberry yogurt parfait, and we split an order of buns. All I can simply say is delicious. On everything we order, Delicious. To the point where I had to come leave a review because they deserve a higher rating. New favorite spot. It’s amazing.

I used to love this place but apparently they don’t believe in correcting wrong orders. They don’t speak English and will not remake or refund orders they made incorrectly.

This is by far the best boba place I’ve been too. Everything is always so good and the ingredients are fresh. It’s a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Kids had a few types of boba drinks and were very happy with what they decided.

They closed earlier of time mention on google please update or do not close before that. They should close at 10 pm but when I went there almost 9:35 their doors were locked

Food - asked for peach flavor green tea, no milk with black boba. Received regular item on the menu - peach tea with milk and yellow boba

Service - server doesn't speak English. She didn't understand my questions. At one point she was on the phone not even reacting to questions.

The boba here is decent, but the prices are a bit steep, ranging from $7-9 per drink. While this is typical for boba nowadays, I feel the quality doesn’t justify the cost. The Dragonfruit boba at $10, in particular, seemed overpriced for what it offered.

Service is okay; the staff are busy, which can lead to longer wait times. The atmosphere is pleasant, making it a good spot for studying or hanging out.

The mobile kiosks are awkwardly positioned, which can be problematic if there’s a large line, though they do streamline the ordering process.

Overall, it's a decent place for boba in the area.

First time here. LOVE the vibes. gonna come do work here all the time! Loved that you can order on a kiosk and my drink was out very fast. 10/10 ??

They show a misleading picture of this beautiful tea full of bubbles, and bring a tea with no bubbles. It was hard to make a complaint because not one of the three people working there spoke a word in English. I showed the picture, they seemed to have acknowledge the mistake, but kept saying "no bubbles". Very inflexible, terrible service and overpriced.

I’m not from the area but stayed in Amherst for a week to attend to some business, but I’ll say this place is great! Went here 2 times during my time here. First time here I had the strawberry milk tea and the second time here I got the crème brûlée milk tea, both of which were really good. The inside is nice and calm, I just wish they had music playing.

Best place to take some rest.
Have a toilet break.
Enjoy free wifi & yummy drink.

When I went in today, they had only 1 person making drinks. she made all the orders at once, so we waited for almost 10 minutes after I got the text my order was done because she put 6 orders on the counter at once. In addition, she made my drink wrong (put popping boba in a creme brûlée) and when I asked her to remake it she strained the boba out and reused the drink. There was also a hair in the lid, shown in the picture. I’m incredibly disappointed by the level of service.
