Amazing fresh food served so quickly! The Bahn Mi Sandwich was incredible! About to have the summer roll and Pho! Can’t wait! So easy to park and get in and out too as it’s in the Big Y Plaza

Fantastic banh mi and noodle salads. The sauce in their banh mi is addictive. The bread used for sandwiches is also very good.

Truly enjoy the food here. Bahn Mi is very very delicious. I get it add spicy basil and sriracha with chicken. Sesame balls for desert. Summer roll always fresh and vibrant. Service with a smile keeps me returning whenever I roll through Amherst!

The shop's space is mainly for take-away. Customers choose the dish or order in advance and then pick it up. I had already gone to the market, so I sat down to eat.
The bread is quite suitable for people who eat a lot like me 😂 the crust is crispy and the filling is thin and very fragrant. I chose grilled beef (steak), full flavor, the salty taste of the spicy sauce (fish sauce, garlic, and chili pepper), and a little lemongrass, pepper, coriander, and onion contributed to the spicy aroma of the dish. The beef was neither tough nor soft, the owner probably chose the beef shank with a bit of tendon, marinated it with spices, and stir-fried it a few times, that was more than enough!

Tried this place as I was craving Pho. We dined in for lunch. Menu was reasonably priced. I ordered beef pho, shrimp spring roll, my fiance had ban mi with the fries. Food looked and seemed fresh, all very tasty. The fries were heavily salted though, we still ate them because they were good. Atmosphere was quiet, very clean(including rest room). Employees were very nice as well. I would return.

Coming from the Bay Area, rich with Vietnamese food - this is the spot for a hefty bahn mi! Sandos are always loaded and delicious!

I recently visited this place again, but unfortunately, their Vietnamese baguettes are not as good as they used to be. The portion size has noticeably decreased, and the amount of meat inside has become very minimal. The value for money has definitely gone down. I hope the store can address this issue and bring back the quality they had in the past.

The pho was good, but the Vietnamese iced coffee was not. It was mostly ice, a small cup, bitter and expensive. If you go, avoid the coffee

Tasty tofu and chicken banh mi sandwiches. The tofu was marinated, and the veggies were fresh. The tofu banh mi can be vegan if you ask for it without mayo, and it's still very tasty. The bread they used is good too. Also, sandwiches were $9.20 each (steak and shrimp are more expensive).
The vegetable pho was yummy as well, it came with snow peas, bok choi, and fried tofu. We added spicy basil, so it came out to around $13.
