Lived in Amherst for 46 years and have had lunch/dinner at just about every restaurent. Panda used to be our favorite or near the top. The lunch I just had with another regular customer in town. Wew had the worst meal ever. Plates were small; portions a fraction of what they were. Plus the noodle/chicken dish was undercooked and had to be sent back. My organe chicken was only slightly better. The worst of it was the dumplings, which were doughy and tasteless. Why this disaster?...read full review
We dined here recently and the host and servers provided phenomenal service going above and beyond. They were very friendly and polite, as well. Their menu had very vast and diversified meal options. Their food was fantastic and came quickly after ordering. The restaurant was clean and overall dining experience was excellent. It is now one of our favorite restaurants in the Amherst area! Thank you to all the staff there!!! 😊
