I first dined in approximately 5 months ago, ordering the mooshi beef and, at the suggestion of Patrick, the server, a bottle of the Chinese beer. Sadly, my card was declined due to another fraudulent charge to my account as I am a victim of identity theft after being robbed more than a year ago. I apologized to Patrick, stating that I would provide the owner with a copy of my driver's license and make payment when able. He said that he would pay for me. I thanked him and informed him that I would pay him back, to which he responded that I need not do so. This restaurant charges for additional mooshi pancakes, something which I and others find appalling! Last night, I ordered the egg drop soup. Patrick again was the server and said that his boss doesn't like small orders! I responded too bad. Patrick had told me two weeks ago that although he works everyday, all day, except Tuesdays as they are closed, he does not make much money. Apparently, he is the only server. When I also ordered a beer last night, I was absolutely disgusted and appalled when he returned stating that his boss wanted me to pay first because I didn't last time, especially as Patrick had told me back then that it was between us only! As a businesswoman and a former health-care professional, I find this establishment to be unethical, unprofessional and a sad excuse of a business. Never again shall I be a customer here.

Not terrible, but not good either. My beef fried rice was fairly bland, and the beef was not a good texture - kind of mushy. My partner’s Szechuan tofu was also bland and mushy, but fine.

Just tried them for the first time last week. We loved it so much we ordered again tonight! I love love LOVE the tofu veggie soup! Staff are great and very patient (even if you get confused), super helpful. Highly recommended!

The chow fun noodles were a bit over cooked, and there were not a lot of vegetables. The chicken with string beans was ok. I wouldn't eat here again when there are much better Chinese restaurants in town.

One of their stuff is very rude. The old guy gave me a weird stare and kept on asking for tip even though their service was really bad. We did not get the drink we asked for, and they were very late in giving food. I am never going back to this place.

This used to be decent Americanized Chinese food. But now it's terrible. Place is rightfully empty. Even the rangoon was fried into cement. All the food seemed like it was sitting around for days. Pork had dried edges. Never again.

Horrible experience racist staff wouldn't let us eat inside due to one of our group being black had to eat outside in the work van

Lived in Amherst for 46 years and have had lunch/dinner at just about every restaurent. Panda used to be our favorite or near the top. The lunch I just had with another regular customer in town. Wew had the worst meal ever. Plates were small; portions a fraction of what they were. Plus the noodle/chicken dish was undercooked and had to be sent back. My organe chicken was only slightly better. The worst of it was the dumplings, which were doughy and tasteless. Why this disaster? We didn't recognize the staff. suggesting that this longtime staple's under new managment or ownership. Don't know which but do know enoough to warn you away.

The Panda restaurant floors are very dirty. And especially the owner is very angry and not polite at all. I definitely do not recommend it.

Especially the owner is very rude.👎🏿

NEVER come here for a formal event. My group put down a $300 deposit for a group of 25-30, and got stuck ordering $150 more than we wanted because there was an unclear $450 minimum for our group. Even if this was defined, this is still an unreasonable request, arguably demand. I repeat: absolutely do not come here. The drinks, the atmosphere, none of it is worth it as it was four years ago.

Went late on a Monday with my Grand Daughters. We had the restaurant to ourselves and instead of the staff rushing us they really served us very well.

This place is always amazing. I used to go here as a kid. And it’s still running smoothly, although it’s more geared towards delivery and pick up since Covid. The food is always so good! You can never miss! Please, if you want good Chinese cuisine, order from here!
