Always my favorite place on campus for bagels and dark coffee
A great place to stop between classes for some coffee and a snack. Right next to Earthfoods, which doesn't serve coffee, so you can have the best of both worlds with a hot vegetarian/vegan lunch AND coffee. Staff is fun and friendly. As one of the oldest student businesses, it's a mystery why the university won't let them take dining dollars like the other stubizes ?

Love People's vibe! They also have awesome Chai Tea, awesome products and awesome staff!
I love People's! All the workers are so wonderful, the bagels are yummy, and the money cycles back into the community. What's not to like? The reason I have given a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are currently no go-go cages in the People's establishment. What gives? Y'all are playin' bangers all the time. People (namely me) are *gonna* dance, so you might as well have go-go cages for them to do it in. I mean, really. There's only so much room for it to go down in the aisle next to the coffee bar. Other people have to walk by so they can pay for their organic, locally produced goods to the counter, and they can't if there's someone bankhead bouncing in the way. You have to go *around* the table, and up *that* way. And that's assuming there is not another individual also bankhead bouncing, maybe in unison. Not to mention, it's just plain dangerous. What if, in the process of gyration, I bump into one of the coffee carafes? Hot, ethically-traded coffee could spill everywhere, and someone could get hurt! If not by a sustainably-grown third-degree burn, then by slipping and hitting their Thinking Dome on the linoleum floor. I would suggest installing go-go cages above the refrigerators - there's ample room for ample groovin', and all it would take is a ladder, PVC piping, and some black paint. You could even add dancers to your staff! In conclusion, less not-having go-go cages, and more of me in them. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Would rate 1 million stars if I could because everyone needs the people's market in their lives. It's a market by the people, of the people (real cool people), and for the people.
Hot people serving hot coffee ;) Hands down, best coffee on campus. An exceptionally passionate crew of nice folks. Amazing new products, old products that continue to rock it. a bit biased bc I am an ex-peep :p
