The Taste is situated in the heart of Amherst Center, offering a pleasant dining experience with good service and a minimalistic yet modern decor. It appears to be a family-run business, and the staff are both professional and knowledgeable.

I ordered the Basil Fried Rice, which was reasonably priced. While the portion size was a bit small for sharing, it was sufficient for an individual meal. The dish had a nice kick of flavor without being overly spicy.

This place has always been amazing I’ve been coming here since I was a child and they never disappoint! The food is always great quality and extremely delicious. Never once have I gotten anything cooked badly in the decade + I’ve been eating here. Their meats and vegetables, their appetizers, salads and drinks, literally everything is so so good!! Definitely worth the price and worth a visit I really hope this place never closes shop they’re one of my favorite restaurants...
