I had an incident where the wrong order was sent and the manager Sebastian took care of everything for me. He really went above and beyond. Also the quality of food is spectacular

Definitely a college coffee shop. Good food. Good coffee. I also liked that the food was all local and organic. Definitely a plus on my side

the salad was fine. However, the iced latte was absolutely disgusting. Made the mistake of DoorDashing it, so no refund. It had absolutely zero coffee flavor, it was a like a glass of oddly-flavored iced oat milk. Won't ever waste $ on that again. Save yourself and make your own coffee :-) this was undrinkable.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. They don’t follow regulations on handling food safely here.

They made me a broth bowl that they claimed they've only made twice, and the person that is making it accidentally touches the food inside the bowl with her bare hands because she forgot to put gloves back on, but she denies. I insist on them making me another one, and when they finally do, the ingredients in the broth bowl are not fully cooked. They offer to microwave it for me and I agree, but while taking it, the lady again touches the broth with her bare hands without gloves on, so I say never mind, just make me another sandwich. While she’s making the sandwich, she wears the same plastic gloves that she used to check her phone a minute earlier. Does she not realize how dirty phones are? I ask her to change plastic gloves and she does. I ask for my sandwich to be toasted for a longer time, but my sandwich ends up cold in the middle, and the bread ends up completely burnt. I give up at this point and eat my sandwich with burnt bread.

This is possibly the worst experience I’ve had while getting any type of food. They definitely have a food safety problem, with providing me not fully cooked rice noodles and veggies in a broth bowl, and touching customer’s foods with their bare hands.

Their soups and Mac n cheese are consistently cold or unevenly heated. Every single time I’ve been there. I hope they can fix it

The perfect breakfast option if you are visiting one of the schools in town or just out for a morning walk. Service was quick, proportions appropriate for breakfast and prices were fair. Seating was available inside and out. Outside seating is covered and elevated about street level.

Ingredients are okay but the way it was put together was lazy and not up the the standard I’d want for a 10$ sandwich.
Asked for it toasted and it was soggy asf had to take it home and toast it.
Manager dude seemed pissed at the rest of the staff for goofing off as that’s all they seemed to be doing

Most of the tables were covered in crumbs and some had trash on and around them. There were also cobwebs and spiders on the wall next to me. I also would’ve appreciated them not playing loud metal music while I tried to enjoy reading my book. On the bright side the food got made quickly and the cookie was great. I got the brain freeze coffee though and it had a sour taste and after a little while the coffee went to the bottom and I was just left with watery coffee ice.

I ordered a soy latte and waited 5 minutes for my coffee. When I asked where it was, I was told they didn’t have soy milk. I asked why someone would take my order if they didn’t have soy milk and demanded my money back. My husband got a black coffee, which he said was disgusting and cold.

I went there twice while on holidays in May. The first time I ordered a cinnamon swirl pastry. It was amazing, the best one I have had in over 60 years. I remember them that good as a child. I could really enjoy that cinnamon. The next time I ordered a sandwich. Again good. I'll be back for another cinnamon swirl pastry the next time I am in Amherst. Well worth a visit.

God food, but it's a pretty noisy place, and don't bother trying the wifi without a VPN: they block news sites and banking sites, for some crazy reason.
