How can I forget about this place where I could eat healthy with a number of exquisite varieties, located at Amherst College, what I loved is that once you are in the dining room you can eat everything you want, so it is worth it. in that sense.

I really like their salad bar and that there are lots of veggie/protein/grain options, soups, and desserts. It can get very loud when it is crowded, but when the crowd dies down it is a good place to get a variety of good food and drink. The food servers could be a little friendlier, but the entry ladies and other workers work hard and are really nice. I wish they didn't have as many salad dressings with soybean oil.
Vegetarian options: This is an Eastern private college, so there are many things a vegetarian can eat here, as well as some vegam options.

frankly, was disappointed in the lack of valentines. Falsely advertised. Bad place to bring your valentine...
Place deserves a Michelin Star or two or three.
