We ended up tossing our pie and half of the sandwich and just chalking it up to a loss.

My husband and I decided to have pizza today so we chose the Andover Deli. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. Now the not so enjoyable part…the people in the back room where the food is prepared and cooked was another thing. There were approximately 4-6 people back there behind the large open window screaming and yelling very loudly like a fight was going on. The fight wasn’t bad enough but of course the many loud F-bombs were another whole story. They were the most unprofessional workers, men and women who were just disgraceful. On the way out, the women, who we recognized from many trips prior was great, she listened to my complaints and said she spoke to them numerous times said she would pass my complaint to the owner when he arrives. For now, we’ll be getting our pizza elsewhere, sad to say.

Lowered their roasted turkey quality. Now it’s slimy like it’s prepackaged from a grocery store. Or used to be real and fresh. Ordered one sub and cheese and mayo was missing?♀️

Traveled from Salt Lake City & this was the first place we ate at, short drive from Boston. Ordered the meat lovers pizza, Chicken Bacon Pizza, & A pepper steak sub. Devoured that then had to order a meatball Parm sub because everything was so amazing and fresh and made with love! 5 out of 5 stars. Cozy feel and awesome staff.

I was working in the area and stopped in to grab a quick bite, not really knowing what to expect. I asked for 2 pepperoni slices which they had on hand. I waited about 5 mins and received 2 appetizing pieces of pepperoni pizza for under $6 in total which were quite good and hit the spot. I used the restroom during my visit which was clean, indicating the establishment is well kept. I’ll have to stop in if I’m ever in the area again. Pastries on display looked pretty good too.Thank you.
