Stopped by today and was impressed with the customer service! Staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee and baked goods were tasty as well. Highly recommend.

Ordered food through an app for 630 pickup on Saturday. Was waiting outside in car and received a notification that the order was cancelled at 626 because they ran out of food. Ordered through to good to go. Would be nice if the cancelled before the last second before customers waste time and money driving there

I used to order a four cheese frittata and a London fog every morning. Now they don’t have the four cheese frittata and only half the employees can make a London fog. Some employees are super sweet, and others are just not. -Someone who works in food service

Lousy service. Served a queue jumper first. Asked for have in cartado, server confirmed. She makes 2 cartados one in a glass (for herself) the other in a takeaway cup, which I get. Then asks for a tip……

Staff is friendly and hardworking but I fault upper management for inadequate preparation for the impact of mobile orders and the school years ebbing and waning demands. Obviously the App for mobile ordering always projected a wait time that had nothing to do with reality. This unnecessarily overwhelmed Nero's own staff and mislead customers. This happens at all sites, not just Andover, BTW. Unless it addresses this frustrating experience, it will only get my vote of no confidence to management, despite the local store front personnel's best efforts.

I had a disappointing experience at this cafe that left a sour taste. While the atmosphere seemed inviting, I witnessed an incident of racism that was hard to ignore. In front of me, a group of Spanish-speaking customers was ordering in English, but the barista, a shorter white lady with glasses, struggled to understand them. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she slammed their order on the counter and complained to her coworkers, who seemed to join in on the negative energy.
On a positive note, there was a younger staff member who was extremely accommodating and maintained a positive attitude despite the unpleasantness around her. I commend her for her professionalism in that situation. Unfortunately, due to the behavior of the other staff, I cannot see myself returning to this establishment. It's disheartening to witness such behavior, and I hope they address it for the sake of future customers.

A great spot that also has outdoor seating. The service is excellent. The coffee and pastries are always great, but today, I tried the Greek chicken salad and will certainly get it again!

Nice place to have a coffee and a bite to eat. Both times I have gone here, I have gone alone. I love the little quiches. They are delicious. I got a cookie for myself and one for my husband that we both enjoyed. Service at the counter was friendly and quick.
