Staff is friendly and hardworking but I fault upper management for inadequate preparation for the impact of mobile orders and the school years ebbing and waning demands. Obviously the App for mobile ordering always projected a wait time that had nothing to do with reality. This unnecessarily overwhelmed Nero's own staff and mislead customers. This happens at all sites, not just Andover, BTW. Unless it addresses this frustrating experience, it will only get my vote of no...

A great spot that also has outdoor seating. The service is excellent. The coffee and pastries are always great, but today, I tried the Greek chicken salad and will certainly get it again!

Nice place to have a coffee and a bite to eat. Both times I have gone here, I have gone alone. I love the little quiches. They are delicious. I got a cookie for myself and one for my husband that we both enjoyed. Service at the counter was friendly and quick.
