Estoy muy decepcionada con mi reciente visita a Casa Blanca Mexican Restaurant en Andover, Massachusetts. El servicio fue muy malo y me cobraron de más en la cuenta. La atención del personal fue poco profesional, y el gerente fue muy grosero cuando pedí ayuda.
Los refrescos estaban sin gas, la comida llegó fría, y la experiencia en general no fue nada parecida a lo que recordaba de años atrás. Viajé desde Puerto Rico esperando la misma buena comida y servicio, pero esta visita fue una gran desilusión.
Espero que mejoren su servicio y calidad, porque en este momento no puedo recomendar este lugar.

Once Again, I placed an order and they got it wrong. I must warn anyone paying extra for guac or sauces, or to leave out cheese because of a dairy allergy, just because you specify or even pay extra for additions does not mean they are going to do it. I ordered from this place 20 times and they messed up my order half of those times. It happens when I call it in and when I use doordash, so I assume the chef and/or whoever packs up the sauces doesn't like to read the order slips. Also, when you order Churros, they seem to decide at random what sauces and how many sauces you get. So dissapointing. Do not order food from here unless you yourself check the food before paying, odds are they will mess up your order at the flip of a coin.

great portion sized food. my one burrito bowl could feed like three of me!! Also delicious margs, the large was the size of my head! The only issue I had was the service. We sat at the bar and it's almost as if the bartenders forget we were there. I had to get up and ask for someone to take our order after we had been left for nearly 20 minutes once our drinks were given to us. I do appreciate how fast the found came out but would have liked it more if the service was more attentive. dont want to give it three starts but also it wasnt four stars. overall rating would be 3 and a half if i could do that on google

We were a party of 5 celebrating Senior Day at Merrimack College. Every element was great! Our waiter Paco gave us great service! The quality of our food was excellent. We highly recommend the Baby Chimichanga for appetizers and the taco sauce wonderful . I bought some to take home. See you again in 3 weeks the night before Merrimack graduation! PS can we have Paco for our server again!
The food is absolutely insane and the service was even better. But i do have to give you a head up on the pineapple on tacos. You know, the bartender is one of the nicest man i have ever met in my life. He gives great service and is an excellent waiter. Also has amazing small talk. His jokes sent me right over the edge and i had a great night due to them. Ever since this night i have had an improved life with a wife and a couple of kids. I really do appreciate this place and has put me in a great place in life. I didn’t expect much out of this small joint but this place just exceeded my expectations. Everyone should definitely come to this place it is very great. thanks for reading this and i really hope that this helps you out. If you see this guy just say thank you for everything and i love you. The picture will show what you will show you how wide your smile will be after this amazing service.

Dinners with friends was great because they let us sit at our table and catch up even though he had finished our meal long before. I do not believe they needed the table but it was very nice for them to let us sit there.
