Came into chilis for a quick lunch to go, didn’t have the biggest expectation never having done it before but I was pleasantly surprised! The person working was clearly happy to be here, never didn’t have a smile on their face. Will definitely be back!

Sunday night bartender Lily has no personality and doesn’t listen to your order. No smile, no thank you. Just going through the motions with resting anger face. Only thing that was right was the steak, because she didn’t cook it. I asked for double regular mashed and got loaded mashed. Asked for a side of garlic mushrooms and got mushrooms on top. Asked for extra garlic butter and got the regular amount. Tipped her 50% and not a thank you was to be given. Pathetic.

We got the food and 2 min down the street back in the hotel it's stale food. The fries were hard and the chicken tenders stale and chewy.

Update...bartender was more interested in having conversations with her friends and coworkers to notice when customers came in and had to wait up to 15 minutes for a drink.

Ok choice if you're shacked up next door. If you have a car, get yourself to downtown. Service does their best. Food is what you can expect from a line kitchen. I'm here because of a coupon and you get what you pay for.

Food was great but I bought something that i did not get in my order I wanted extra fajita wraps and the guacamole i got charged but never got it. It's clearly on the receipt if you don't have any Common Sense, please don't take the order. I can't finish my food now I have to travel to the nearest Market Basket to find fajitas wraps and guacamole and spend more $ on food that I should have got already. 😤
