Sunday 2/09, I placed an order at 5:43pm for takeout because the store is 9 minutes from my house. The estimated time for the order to be ready was 17 minutes. I arrived at 6pm and they said that the order wasn’t ready and they asked for more 25 minutes. I waited and after that they asked for more 15 more and I got frustrated and tried to show them that the tracker was showing that the order was ready. And then they said that the order wasn’t ready because I canceled it and the order was never processed. I got charged, I waited, I have proof of the tracker time since the first moment and they lied on my face saying that I cancelled the order. I left without the food, they didn’t care and told me to complain at the Dominos customer service. They charged me, they lied because they can’t deliver a decent service and I didn’t get the food and my refund. This is a disrespectful place, with no management and zero accountability for their actions. DONT GO THERE!

THEY DIDNT PROVIDE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WINGS. SUPPOSED TO BE 8 AND RECEIVED 7! PABLO SAID TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES BACK AND HE WILL PUT SAUCE ON THE COLD CHICKEN WINGS. HE THEN FOLLOWED WITH TELLING ME THAT I COULD USE THE EXTRA DIPPING SAICE CONTAINERS. WHEN I ASKED IF I DROVE BACK WOULD HE MAKE NEW WINGS, HE SAID NO. HE DIDNT CARE THERE WERE NOT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WINGS, OR THAT THE CHICKEN WAS INSANELY COLD, OR THAT THERE WAS NO SAUCE AND IT WASNT WHAT WE ORDERED! Been ordering from this Dominos for awhile now. So far, no complaints with the food. Delivery always on time. Drivers have the best attitude and when i puck it up i noticed the restaurant clean and good service as well!
Since I moved to North too. It's been 6 years since I became a customer at this location I never had contact with the employees but always with the drivers who are always great because on this day I went to the store and asked one of the attendants if he could help my son with a school project by donating a small empty pizza box and the response we got was a Big NO thank you very much to Domino's Andover for not being able to help me by giving a small box to a child who was just trying to get an item for his school project I will re-evaluate if this store still gives me deserve it as a regular customer after all Andover and North Andover have several other pizzerias that I believe will have quality pizzas too.

Pretty OK Domino's. I would say that I prefer the one in Lawrence in terms of quality. I got the deep dish and the New York style pizza was just pretty nice. The deep dish, however, had a lot more tomatoes sauce, and expected, to the center of spilling over to the side of the carton inside and outside of the pizza. we also had the wings which were OK nothing to rave home about. It definitely hit the spot for a craving for pizza. However, I would not go out of my way to check this place out.

I ordered honey bbq wings from this restaurant and ended up wasting 40 minutes driving only to discover they gave me spicy wings, which I'm allergic to and can't eat. When I called to rectify their mistake, the manager’s response was unbelievably dismissive, insisting I drive back again if I wanted the correct order. I asked for a simple solution like delivery or a refund, but was flatly refused. The manager was not only unhelpful but outright rude. It’s absurd to be treated so poorly over their mistake. If you’re looking for incompetence coupled with terrible customer service, this is the perfect spot for you.
