Lazy as all heck, every bagel with cream cheese needs to be made yourself, they refuse to put it on for you. Made another customer wait in line for 5-10min for a bottle of orange juice, she had to grab it herself. Ive worked at dunks twice when i was youger it's not hard, they just dont care especially if you're not a Spanish speaker.

Manager Latifa apperantly needs training for her communication skills. I told her that there was an issue with the app. The order did not go through but it charged me the order amount. I went to the store and showed her the transaction. She just said that she cannot do anything. So the question is why you are store manager if you cannot solve an issue?

This place is extremely disorganized and unbelievably dysfunctional!!! Walked in to get a large cup of hot black coffee and was told that I have to wait until all the 20 call in customers have been taken care of and this is after I have waited for 10 additional call ins to go before me. Just UNBELIEVABLE! It’s like being told, “we know you walked in to get a cup of coffee but we have 30 cars in line at our drive through and we need to take care of them first.”
Dunkin doesn’t understand common sense. Perhaps it’s not that common for them to think things through properly.
There are 3 other coffee shops right around the corner from Dunkin in Andover. I will be giving them my business moving forward.

The past two times I've ordered from this store, they've given me whole milk with literally only 1 atom of green tea powder for my Iced Matcha Latte. It's like drinking whole milk straight. As someone who has worked at Dunkin', I can tell you that the aspect of the job involving correctly preparing items is something a monkey could do.
My mom asked for $6 meal deal but it was $6.84 instead, before taxes. also my dad asked for extra cream cheese on his bagel and the employees were mocking him and laughing and they didn't give him what he wants first and after insisting from his side and "begging" they added the cream cheese, knowing that he paid for this extra cream cheese. the shop is so dirty and full of flies ? so disgusting that we will NEVER come back here again.
