Just wonderful food, service aromas and authentic Italian atmosphere. The sandwiches are made with fresh, authentic ingredients; my adult son and husband loved them. My grandson ordered a bolognese pasta that he loved. The rice balls, which we all shared, were good, not exceptional. My eggplant pasta was really delicious.

It turned out to be a one and done for us. We were served fresh scali bread but we were told no butter, and the oil that was served was unfavorable, no herbs or garlic. Our pasta dishes were just ok, we received more tomato sauce than pasta.

What a gem nestled in an unassuming quiant little town! I was told by a local its the best Italian around (even better than place in the Northend, which i thought was blasphemous...at first). It really was an amazing experience. Highly recommend the back patio at night, very romantic. Service was top notch, super friendly, and made my daughter's birthday dinner extra special. And then there's the food...WOW! No one cooks properly al dente in the US, no one until now! All our pasta dishes were cooked perfect. The bone-in veal cutlet my daughter ordered was massive and so tender. I can't say enough good things. Was really that good!

We held my late mom’s celebration of life at LaRosas in Andover and it honestly couldn’t have been better.

The food was incredible — the eggplant parm was unreal, the chicken Marsala was perfect, and the rich Papalina pasta was the best part. The bar had fall-inspired cocktails that still felt classic and elegant, which was such a nice touch.

Chiara and the team were amazing. John Carlos was an awesome bartender who kept everything flowing, and Ella’s service was top notch. Everyone went out of their way to make it smooth and welcoming.

The atmosphere is great too. You’re part of the lively restaurant energy but still have your own space. The bar area and patio easily fit our 30 guests and gave everyone room to mingle.

We’re so grateful to LaRosas for helping us honor my mom in such a warm, memorable way. Please open one in NYC — we’d be there all the time!

This place is a gem! Food was so fresh and the quantity was enough for both of us to take home. The LaRosa chicken was amazing as was our Burrata salad. Molly was our server and was helpful and very attentive. It’s definitely a fast dinner. We were in and out in 55 min.

Last night, I visited La Rosa for dinner with my friend. We ordered a full meal, including appetizer, entrées, four drinks, dessert, and a latte. While the quality of the food was good, the service was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s business practices.

Throughout our meal, multiple staff members interrupted us to ask if we had finished, even though we were still eating. One staff member, in particular, repeatedly attempted to clear our table prematurely, creating an uncomfortable and rushed dining atmosphere.

At one point, she removed my unfinished second round of cocktails without even asking, which forced me to pack up my entrée and dessert just to protect them from being taken away.

The most concerning incident occurred when this staff member attempted to remove my latte while I was still drinking it. When I declined, she stated that the restaurant enforces a strict 90-minute dining limit and we had to leave. This was both inappropriate and unreasonable, as there was no indication on the restaurant’s website, reservation confirmation, or posted signage about such a policy.

Following this experience, I inquired with others familiar with La Rosa and confirmed that there is, in fact, no such 90-minute seating policy in place. The whole experience was misleading, unprofessional, and unfair to paying customers.

This dinner resulted in a bill of approximately $170 for a dinner that was overshadowed by harassment and dishonesty. I believe this reflects deceptive business practices and a lack of proper management oversight.

I visited this restaurant just today for dinner with my girlfriend. We ordered an appetizer, entrées, four drinks, dessert, and a latte. The food itself was good, but the service completely ruined the experience. While we were still eating our entrées, three different staff members came over at different times asking if we were finished. One staff member in a floral skirt kept hovering angrily, repeatedly trying to clear the table even though we were still eating and drinking. When we ordered dessert, she looked almost upset, and after dropping it off she left the check on the table without a word. The worst part came when she tried to clear my latte while I was still drinking it. When I told her I wasn’t finished, she told me that the restaurant only gives each table 1 hour and 30 minutes, and that I’d need to move “somewhere else” with my coffee. I told her I’d finish quickly and leave, and she walked away without even a basic “thank you” or “hope you enjoyed your meal.” If this restaurant enforces a strict 90-minute limit, then it should be clearly stated on the website or reservation page. Rushing customers through a full dinner — from appetizer to dessert — in an hour is unreasonable and disrespectful. Was this policy applied to everyone, or just to us? Either way, it left many questions and turned what should have been a lovely night into a frustrating experience. For a $170 check, I expected hospitality and respect, not to be treated like I was at a fast-food chain. Shame on management for ruining the hard work of the chef and barista. I will not be returning to this restaurant or any of its affiliates.

What a gem! Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, incredible food. I had the ricotta cavatelli bolognese (lamb and short rib sauce) and it was cooked to “melt in your mouth” perfection. My husband had the chicken parm and said it also was cooked perfectly. The wait time to get our food was long but given the quality of the meal and the lovely, friendly atmosphere we didn’t mind. Our waitress, Brianna, was bright, charming and attentive. Her personality really added to our enjoyment. The entire staff was eager to please and had great attitudes. We will be back when we pass through the area again. Thank you for a great experience.

We dined outdoors in the small courtyard and felt like we were somewhere really special. Our waiter, Josh, was very pleasant and attentive. All four of us enjoyed our meals very much. Highly recommend!
