let me tell you, making vegan pizza that actually tastes good is extremely hard (I would know since I have been vegan for 10 years) but Otto’s knows how to do it right!!! I come back at least 1 or twice a month and can’t wait to go back again. My friend is gluten free and he says their gluten free pizza is the best ever!

Otto Pizza is a cozy cheerful place for a winter’s night to eat out with friends. We were a party of 8 that morphed into a larger group for dinner The wait staff were very patient and able to accommodate the flow of the group The pizzas were delicious - crusts thin and crispy with toppings flavorful but never overloaded

Just ordered two pizzas(for 3 people and a 3 yr old) a large otto four cheese pizza very bland and disappointing and ordered a large pepperoni pizza that was so soggy you couldn't pick it up without flopping all over the place 2 and very undercooked dough. Very disappointed in my order. To pay almost 50 bucks for two pizzas definitely won't be going back to ottos pizza again. If ordering out look at your pizza before taking them home I wouldn't have paid for these two pizzas if I saw how they came out.

I will never refer this place to anyone vegan or no vegan. Mt daughter order vegan pizza from that place often. However, today she ordered through DoorDash but they sent her a pizza made with regular cheese. Her stomach was upset. The issue is not the mistake but the rudeness of the personnel. They were very rude and even insulting. I told her never buy there again and I will not recommend that place anyone I know.

I ordered a pizza 9/30 at 1120. Woman on the phone told me 30 minutes. Over an hour went by, still no pizza. 1230? No pizza A disappearance ? Possibly. Negligence ? Plausibly. 21$ for small meatball pizza. Outrageous. Hopefully I get my refund. Wish I could’ve tasted the pizza but it never came

I went in to order a pizza to go, but told them that I’m going to eat a couple slices of my pizza at the tables outside, and I asked the girl who took my order if she could either bring it out to me, or bring it to the take out window that I’m sitting directly in front of. So I’m waiting outside for 20 minutes and decide that it’s way too long to take for a pizza to cook when it’s dead right now. so I go in to check on it and the girl is in the back, flirting with the guy working the oven, while my pizza had been sitting there for who knows how long. It only takes 10 mins to make a pizza- so it had probably been sitting for nearly 10 mins. All the front end staff are ditsy teenage girls.

It is my first time going there and it is at night I needed to pick up. I tried to enter the restaurant, but I am unable to all I see is a sign that says go to pick up window. I walk the halls and I could not find the pick up window that I go outside to another door and it says go to pick up window. If I was there before I would know where the pick up window was since I was new I was clueless. It was a bit frustrating instead of having a handwritten sign stating to go to the pick up window. It would be nice if it was typed out with brief directions as to where the pick up window is, for example Please go to the pick up window in the alleyway to the left
