Get your order, then you wait to pay until after the five or more staff finish whatever busy work is higher priority. Getting only half dozen bagels is punished by forcing them into a bag two sizes too small. Bagels are still good though, but if you're not in a rush then just keep driving.

If you are looking for something light I recommend the egg and cheese wrap with cheddar. Fluffy eggs, good ratio of ingredients, well packaged. The coffee is also good - I had the Breakfast Blend but there were several other options. Great spot in downtown Andover!

There was paper baked into my husband’s sandwich. We called to let them know that this happened and we were told by the first person “mistakes happen” and by the second person we were told “he would be ok” when I said any one would be upset about eating paper. A simple sorry and this won’t happen again would have gone a long way. This is not the first time they have made mistakes on our orders and honestly everytime the customer service is awful. When it’s good the food is great but when it’s bad it’s so bad and they don’t know how to provide customer service. This will be the last time we order from perfectos.

Got my breakfast sandwich order wrong and kept telling me it was a different location. Call three different locations and never got a resolution. Second time this has happened. Received a a call from the owner of the locations. He took it upon and called several other locations and successfully solved the issue! He took time & energy out of his busy to satisfy me. I was highly impressed & greatly appreciated it! I will continue to go to any of their locations! Thank you!!!
