When is a muffin basically a cupcake? I got the carrot cake one because I love that but as a muffin it doesn't work. The bagel was fine. Pretty average, I like to get way too much cream cheese. About $9 total for the two. People in Andover are the worst so they should have average places like this.

Love their french toast bagel! Their drinks are usually way too sweet if you add a syrup in it and the service is a bit slow but this is my go-to spot for fresh bagels.

I highly recommend Perfecto's Caffe. Today, I ran in 10 minutes before they closed (2pm) desperate for a coffee and something to eat. Saw chicken salad wrap on their menu, so I ordered one to bring home to my parents to split. The chicken salad wrap was DELICIOUS and also 2-3 times larger than I expected, about the size of a sub, and at under $11, it was an exceptional value. I'm not usually a pastry person, but grabbed a raspberry crumble for something quick and immediate to eat. It was also DELICIOUS. I highly recommend!

I’m honestly super disappointed. This is my third time coming here and the third time they messed up my order. The coffees are way too sweet and when I specifically ask for only a tiny bit of syrup in my latte they always overdo it but that’s not even the main issue. The first time I ordered just the coffee, and it was great so I came back. The second time I got a coffee that was basically just milk and sugar, then a bagel with cream cheese that I asked for toasted and they didn’t toast it. I wanted to give them another chance because I saw a tasty looking sandwich, the spinach egg and cheddar one. I got that and asked maybe 3-4 separate times to add cream cheese and they STILL forgot. The coffee was also, yet again, extremely sweet after I specifically asked for only the tiniest bit of syrup. I will not be returning, or at least to this location as the staff clearly cannot follow basic instructions for orders. The two stars is because the bagels themselves are very tasty and because the girls behind the counter are have been nice enough to at least remake my coffee when I said it was still way too sweet.

Asked for half the egg on my sandwich, she have me extra. Asked for it toasted it’s not. The kid making coffee had no idea what he was doing. Asked for my bagel to be toasted well with a little cream cheese. Came out barely toasted and basically NO CREAM CHEESE. Coffee looks terrible and taste foul. Waste of money

Doesn't feel like the Perfecto's I used to know. Seems like you're bothering the staff to place your order. Get your order, then you wait to pay until after the five or more staff finish whatever busy work is higher priority. Getting only half dozen bagels is punished by forcing them into a bag two sizes too small. Bagels are still good though, but if you're not in a rush then just keep driving.
Julisa, Sue, Gisela, and Flor provide exceptional client care! I only visited them because it was close to my job, I am very happy that I did because the food is amazing especially the pastries! I grab lunch from then all the time now. Hightly recommend this place! ?
