Worst Starbucks I’ve visited for cutomer service, and I’ve been to a few lelarge turnover of staff ( never been served by the same employee twice. Whoever manages this store needs to get their act together and train the employees.

I travel often and frequent Starbucks in every city that I visit- this location by far the WORST in terms of customer service, efficiency, and cleanliness. The staff was rude (especially Melany) and incompetent, they made drinks incorrectly and worked inefficiently-there was more than a 30 minute wait for basic drinks. In spite of the fact that 5 people were working, they had to call someone for instructions on how to use the register. Horrible experience. Starbucks corporate should consider cleaning house-they certainly couldn’t do worse for employees.

This store can’t even get their hours right, they close at two in the afternoon but Google and the Starbucks app say otherwise. Go to the one on Winthrop Avenue instead. Starbucks — pay your employees more, clearly no one wants to work there (and probably for a good reason).
