I had purchased a Nordstrom gift card from this store a year ago and when I tried to use it recently I realized that and the card hadn't been activated during the purchase. I went to store recently and met with store manager Luc. He was helpful & called their head office and confirmed the purchase but he did not have the authority to refund the money right away. He promised to chase it up and to give me a call to keep me updated. He kept his word and called me regularly and resolved the matter successfully. I am very impressed with Luc's work ethic and customer service. Whole foods should be proud to have such a good employee.

We recently visited here and were shocked that cashier throwing our items after check out. Cashier line 4 should be more careful when hand our items over the person who pick them up. Very disappointing and will never visit here again.

Order through Amazon and have always got my food ? packaged great and brought right to my ? car. The food and substitutions were great. Every single employee I have met or dealt with has been amazing ? thank you whole foods for making one thing a little easier in a busy moms life. ❤️

This location provided me with a memory that will never be forgotten. I could recover my missing cellphone within forty minutes. I used the restroom and left my phone there, but with the help of Andover residents and Whole Foods Market employees, I was able to recover it. I greatly appreciate your assistance and thank you for your generosity and candor. I will never forget this incredible event. Oh, and the food and everything else in the market were also excellent.

A busy and lively place for grocery shopping, fresh produce, hot food and salad bar, meat shop and many more. A little pricey but good quality options available including so many organic options on most items. Chicken tenders from the hot bar were great and juicy. Definitely recommended.

Great location as it’s right near my house. Always have a great selection, plus the isles & shelves are usually fully stocked every time I come to shop here. The employees are helpful when needed

Very hit or miss. Their shelves generally are well stocked, but many of the groceries they carry can be purchased at Market Basket or even Stop & Shop nearby for a much better price. I really enjoy their hot foods bar, but I find that in the morning they are very slow to bring the food out and some days have a minimal selection. Other days, it's great. Same for their lunch and dinner hot foods. If you happen to arrive at the right time, you'll find great options, but they are slow to replenish items. You may find yourself standing around waiting for them to bring out items you'd like to buy and if you're on a lunch break & need to get back to work, this can be annoying. Overall, nice store, just wish they were more consistent with their offerings and more attentive to customers on the go.

For a store that promotes fresh produce why is it there were no fresh green beans that I could pick mostly at this time of year. The ones that were trimmed when I took them out of there plastic bag I had to trim them again because the ends were black. When I asked the produce person about wax beans the answer I got was unprofessional he said "no eats those they are terrible" I said I enjoy them. Very disappointed in the store

Don't count on getting help from anyone here. They are severely rud3e and obnoxious. You would think with all the money i spent here and it is real pricey, I wouldn't be abused. June 30 doing my weekly 200 worth of produce that i do every week. I healing from a major catastrophic disease so i buy 200 every week of produce. I have been for a year so far and on going. Yesterday your tony had a fit cause he had to go back and get 7 more bags of apples and swore using the Lords name while doing it. Your store gets to sell more apples, you would think that would be a good thing. He gets paid by the hour. He was totally annoyed that he had to get more bags out back. He claims he was surprised that i wanted so many, but he would have said ok ill just get more instead of swearing and scoffing off like he was pissed. Remmy sticking up for tony even though he knew he was wrong cause that is what you people do. Remmy said well maybe he meant this or maybe he meant that or maybe he meant this or maybe he meant that. A man and a woman over across the way were laughing cause I was getting a hard time from tony and remmy butting in and sticking up for him. I have to buy alot of stuff each week, so i have to concentrate, and being abused in the middle of it, messes me up. I forgot the very important lemons i needed and couldn't ask them to get another item i needed cause i already went through hell with that one. I now have to go to another store today to get those items. And i am not well.
We stopped into Whole Foods for a little shopping. It was around lunch time so we decided to investigate the meal options. I had a slice of buffalo chicken pizza and my wife had some soup. These were both very good. I noticed that the quality of the pizza was better than ones we had recently at Flatbread Company. Whole Food's pizzas have a very nice crust and the toppings are very tasty. The pizza slices are offered on a self-serve basis, so there was really no service. My only regret is that I couldn't find cola with caffeine in it, so I had to settle for coffee.
