I went here for the first time for lunch. Sadly the service was unfriendly and pushy. I started with a spicy tuna hand roll which was fresh and delicious.
When it came time for the habachi the guy went so fast, there was no fun to it or no entertainment which is one reason why people go to habachi. I ordered chicken and shrimp and only received 3 shrimp due to it being lunch size but was shocked and bummed ( there wasn’t even an extra one for an app like they usually hand out). When we were done we were trying to finish our drinks and they were rushing us to get out with looks and cleaning around us.

I would only go for the sushi unless you want a rushed hibachi meal with no fun.

We have gone here for years for my kids birthdays as a family. We always order three meals and split. This year the chef seemed annoyed we only ordered three meals (2 filet and one chicken). He said something to the woman who takes the order and sighed loudly right in front of us. He then proceeded to cook our meal and gave heaps of fried rice to the little kids in the family next to us and the remnants to us. It was my oldest’s birthday and he got the tiniest amount of rice while the three year old at our table got enough rice for a week - it was utterly ridiculous. We spent $157 and it was just not worth it. The floor is dirty, silverware dirty and an overall disappointment.

This was our first time going and had a good time. The chef was fun and the restaurant was clean. The only drawback was the food. The rice was not cooked well for us. We like our fried rice actually fried. The rice was kinda mushy. We will give it another chance to see if it was just a one off.

After waiting 45 minutes for our food with no sign of it arriving, we decided to leave. The only thing the staff seemed concerned about at that point was charging us for the drinks we had already had. No apology whatsoever, instead, they were blaming each other. A very disappointing experience overall. We were regular customers, but we certainly won’t be coming back.

The teriyaki chef seems not happy. I don’t thinks it’s a good attitude. My family came many times with a familiar chef, this Friday morning changed another chef, so bad. Bad attitude, also food was not good.

One of my favorite hibachi places around! It’s become a birthday tradition!

Exactly as the star rating says. Exactly what you think when you think five or four stars. The food is fresh and great. Sit at the bar, a table or hibachi. Darts in the bar, something for whatever your in for. The bar has 8-10 stools, A bench along the back wall, with around 6-8, 2 seat tables. A single dart board with enough space to play comfortably, and have a full bar and tables in here. 2, 32” TVs behind the bar, not the place for large sports parties. Hibachi tables is a large area with music, there must be 8 full size hibachi tables seating 8-10. A whole separate area to sit regular restaurant dining no booths but there is a sushi bar in the dining area. Each area is separate. Here and Blue Fin, are the best freshest food. Blue fin is much “prettier” inside but that’s the atmosphere, Tokyo is much more late 70’s college bar feel, and look.

Last Sunday Evening. I stopped by the bar and had food and drinks. The bartender working on Sunday doesn't know how to make the drink, and the service is also lousy. I asked him to make the drink, and he had to use the phone Google it. He's not a real bartender. After the drink came out and it doesn't taste as Volka as I expected. He needs to learn how to make drinks and provide better service

Food was very bland. Took our friend from out of the country for her first hibachi experience. It came up very short. The chef did not appear happy or to like his job. No funny jokes, tossing vegetables, squirting water, interacting with us. The typical hibachi experience you pay for. We will be taking her out again elsewhere, will not return. Immediately I'll from good once arriving home.

Great showmanship, skill, and food. Everything done on a grill. Fresh food, vegetables, steak, shrimp rice. Cooked as you watch.
