Mixed review this week. Purchased a bag of decaf beans by accident on Wednesday. When I tried to exchange the Barista on Friday (male) was dissapointly unhelpful saying I'd have to buy a whole new bag of beans. Would not even consider allowing an exchange. Went back the next day and the female Barista could not have been nicer. She let us exchange without any issue and was very kind & helpful.
