The food is good but not as good as it used to be. But the service has just become too much to deal with.

I watched as someone ordered, the lady mocked the customer to the cook right in front of me and then when I said I could hear her she yelled at me.

I said "now you're yelling at me" and she said "then don't come back. It's simple."

I guess I won't.

This place has gone down hill ever since Angela has left, The girl who answers the phones should take a lesson in customer service, she has no courtesy and always makes you feel like you are bothering her. I have been coming to this place for over 20 years and today was the last time. Time to start looking for a different sub shop

In a pinch, they're not bad, food quality is okay. But mt biggest issue is, who stops making breakfast at 10am? Do y'all lock up the eggs in a time sensitive vault? I've been told several different things in terms of when you can and can't cook an egg, it's ridiculous. The breakfast sandwiches you offer after 10am have been sitting in a steamer for a few hours already and are soggy and gross. Just cook some fresh eggs, damn.

We have been getting subs from Boyles since I was a child over 5 decades. They have always been consistent and can honestly say that they have the best Italian subs I’ve eaten. I hadn’t eaten there since we moved away and miss the taste of their subs. The large deluxe Italian has all the Italian meats you would want. It was huge. Deli sized Pepperoni, hot cappacola, mortadella, salami. They cut their meat thick too and use cubed veggies which I feel is a must on an Italian sub. Kudos for Boyles for their consistency through the years and always making subs my family loves.

Avoid this place.....Got a steak n cheese sub here lastnite and I got violently ill from it (Both ends) I always did like their subs but I wont be going back ever......Even crazier is that when I was telling my dad about what happened to me he told just last week he got the cheeseburger sub here and got sick from it also.....I havnt gotten sick like that in about 20 years. This place has really gone down hill,it's a shame....There's no way that me and my dad are the only ones who've gotten sick after having a grinder from here so eat at your own risk.

I grew up in Arlington. I’ve been eating their food ever since I was 6 years old and 16 Years later I still do. My father used to take me here almost everyday to get a Tuna sub. This is the best place that has Tuna subs or even any sub in general. 10000% recommended!!

Delicious basic steak and cheese, get it with extra cheese. The girl who picks up the phone to take the order is awful to talk to. If you can get past getting your soul sucked out of you through the phone when you call for an order, I recommend.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about given our positive experience. We were craving old school sub sandwiches and many we know order delivery from Boyles so we gave it a try. Chicken parm sub was yummy. The cheese steak with added grilled onions on my request tasted like the first cheesesteak I ever had - delicious. They are generous with the meat and filled the ~13in sub rolls. You can add a side of French fries for $3.50. We also ordered 2 samosas but were too full to try yet. We would not hesitate to order from here again.Edit: the a samosas were delicious. They heated up perfectly in the air fryer. The pastry is flaky and thin with lots of well spiced potatoes and peas. Love them.

Will never order from here again. They burnt my daughter's food and I said something they said they didn't burn it. They are very rude and ignorant never again ?
