A really nice neighborhood shop selling Bubble Tea with a smile. The store gets really busy in the afternoon as it is frequented by kids after school. At all other times it’s peaceful. You can place your order to a staff member, or even order it through a self ordering kiosk. The menu is quite large with a variety of flavors which they keep on adding to. They accept payments through both cash and card. Staff are really nice and helpful. There is a small seating area next to the wall and shop front glass wall.

We love this location of Bubble Nation in Arlington, MA! They always put out order together quickly and accurately, plus the employees are very friendly and sweet. I like that we can also order ahead of time online. The store is very clean and in a good location in the Center.

We’ve been loyal customers of this boba tea place for years and always enjoyed their drinks. But lately, some changes have really taken away from the experience. They recently switched from plastic to paper cups for iced boba, and the paper cups get completely soaked and start falling apart before you can even finish the drink. On top of that, they changed their rewards system—you can now only use $1 at a time, which makes it feel pretty pointless. Sadly, unless these things improve, we won’t be coming back.

My family and I have been going to Bubble Nation for over 5 years now and it never fails to make us happy. So delicious and so accessible right in Arlington Center, not only do I go to it regularly but I have also introduced it to many of my friends, and now we all love getting boba together. There are so many different options (personal favorite is the oolong tea with classic bubbles), and its great because you can pick your sugar preference going all the way to extra sweeteness to none at all, + all the dairy free options, there really is something for everyone. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Stopped in earlier this week for a cupsleeve event and got a strawberry lemonade with mango popping bubbles and it was 10/10 really good! The employee running everything was efficient and polite and the environment was really welcoming
Got the Matcha Lemon Clementine. It tasted like water and no flavor.

I just bought 2 bubble teas. The woman working said her name was Sherry. My friend and I said the same thing that the drinks were really watered down and a weird Bitter aftertaste after we took one sip out of each. I asked if she could remake them and she refused and said this is not starbucks across the street! Very rude and bad service.
