We love this location of Bubble Nation in Arlington, MA! They always put out order together quickly and accurately, plus the employees are very friendly and sweet. I like that we can also order ahead of time online. The store is very clean and in a good location in the Center.

We’ve been loyal customers of this boba tea place for years and always enjoyed their drinks. But lately, some changes have really taken away from the experience. They recently switched from plastic to paper cups for iced boba, and the paper cups get completely soaked and start falling apart before you can even finish the drink. On top of that, they changed their rewards system—you can now only use $1 at a time, which makes it feel pretty pointless. Sadly, unless these things improve, we won’t be coming back.

My family and I have been going to Bubble Nation for over 5 years now and it never fails to make us happy. So delicious and so accessible right in Arlington Center, not only do I go to it regularly but I have also introduced it to many of my friends, and now we all love getting boba together. There are so many different options (personal favorite is the oolong tea with classic bubbles), and its great because you can pick your sugar preference going all the way to extra sweeteness to none at all, + all the dairy free options, there really is something for everyone. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Stopped in earlier this week for a cupsleeve event and got a strawberry lemonade with mango popping bubbles and it was 10/10 really good! The employee running everything was efficient and polite and the environment was really welcoming

The classic milk tea was great tasting and the flavor of the tea really came through. I can tell that the tea was freshly brewed and that this was not a prepackaged product. Highly recommend!

I just bought 2 bubble teas. The woman working said her name was Sherry. My friend and I said the same thing that the drinks were really watered down and a weird Bitter aftertaste after we took one sip out of each. I asked if she could remake them and she refused and said this is not starbucks across the street! Very rude and bad service.

This is the first google review I am ever leaving and it’s because I’m so disappointed with the experience I just had. Bubble Nation has always had passable boba and I’ve been a customer for several years now, but this evening I ordered a mango passionfruit slush with passionfruit popping bubbles - the person making my drink refused to look up my loyalty account, claiming it was only possible online (I didn’t make a fuss, but I’ve had other employees look up my email before with no trouble), and then on the way home I kept fishing hairs out of my mouth as I drank it. I thought they were mine at first, because they were short, but they were black and dyed at the ends. Finally I looked at my drink and saw more hairs floating inside. I only have a blurry photo because I freaked out and threw it away. Incredibly frustrated, two stars because every experience before this has been fine, but this was truly terrible.
