A great selection of cookies and the lady at the counter was super.
The cookies were delicious the service great. How can you go wrong
Long-standing bakery in town making the best cookies that are often found in other restaurants around the Boston area. Cookie time is the place to get your cookie on!
Their cookies are extraordinarily delicious
I often crave some florentines from here because they are beyond delicious. The shortbread is also very good. I wish they were closer to me
Tons of flavors to choose from and the staff here is always very polite and helpful.
Quality cookies, but expensive at $2.45 a cookie (no volume discount). Employee behind the counter didn't greet me or ask me what I wanted, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the store at the time. The place gives off nickel-and-diming/cheap vibes - I bought 4 dozen cookies for an event (3 boxes) and wasn't offered a bag to carry them in. . .or, God forbid, a free cookie (not necessary, of course, but you'd think they'd at least offer you a cookie after you've just spent $118 on. . .cookies). I also got some side eye from a customer who entered the store while I was waiting for my order to be filled (because I was a guy minding my own business in a cookie store, I guess) - seemed to be an East Arlington type who, quite hilariously, gave off airs that she lived on Beacon Hill (apparently, having skipped Arlington Heights entirely) and, even more hilariously, thought I would care one way or the other. Won't be going back.
The height of the heights.
Just walked in during my amazon shift to deliver packages. The nice lady as I was leaving gave me two free cookies on the house. I had requested their ghost cookie , and then i changed my mind and asked for the bat but she instead gave me both! Great service and Great

Sure they're expensive, but these cookies are absolutely the best in the world! We are not allowed to visit relatives in NY without bringing a dozen or two!

Tasty cookies. Great customer service. The cookies were packed carefully and survived air travel in a backpack. The Big Mac was a favorite.

Totally yummy cookies and lots of variety. This is our go-to place whenever we visit the area. The space is in the small side, but you’ll be in and out in a few minutes.

Solid cookies if you're in the area
Such a crowd pleasing tray of cookies! As a Realtor, I offer these at my open houses and they are always well received.
Excellent cookies in a wide variety of styles. I love many of them. I've thing I miss is the layered chocolate cakes they used to make. It was our go-to birthday cake. Too bad they dropped their cake offering!
