I placed an order on uber eats at 10:40 pm, they marked order complete at 10:53 pm, so13 minutes from baking to delivery, seemed unbelievable and yea no pizza.. had to spend the next 30 minutes with uber eats trying to get a refund
I’ll contact corporate to ensure this is not a pattern of ripping off customers

Usually a positive experience, tonight we were given the wrong pizza and an unhappy/somber counter person argued that we ordered a cheese pizza incorrectly and that is why he put beef on it! Better training is needed and remember that customer service matters.

There was no seating to eat, which I didn't realize when looking it up on google. Another thing, when places have specials, it should be offered. I shouldn't have to look behind me low on a wall to see a special. Then once I place my order before seeing the special, I asked if they would honor the special because I seem to overpay for one topping in Pizza compared to the special, that was a 2 topping Pizza. The lady i'm working as the cashier couldn't even answer me because she couldn't really speak too much english which is fine but at least acknowledge the customer. Other than that, the pizza was pretty good for a domino's.
Parking: Finding street parking is tough on busy Mass Ave; there’s a paid parking lot in the back that’s easiest to access by Tatte. Or pull over on the side street and run in to pick up your order.

I did order medium buffalo pizza and I did receive this one in the picture it looks like they put all the crust and a lot of buffalo sauce . It wasn’t eatable at all

The service is so bad, the employees are rude and are scammers. They tried to charge me for chilly pepper when I bought so much food from them and they were rolling their eyes and frowning just because I asked. Other places never require to pay for chilly pepper.
