Hey I ordered a Hawaii Handmade pan pizza for delivery through the app. They delivered to me the first time a tin crust pepperoni pizza. Called the restaurant to make a complain. Gave the guy my order number and told him the mistake that they have made. The guy had the audacity to call me a liar saying I did not order a Hawaii handmade pan. Asked for a picture I said I could provide with one, didn’t say anything after that just that they would remake it and delivery within a few minutes. They came the second time and still delivered the wrong pizza to me a cheese pizza . Really unsatisfied with place and service .

This location has always been fantastic. The one time my pizza was made incorrectly they credited me a free pizza. I order maybe once a month and my experiences have been consistent, though I wish my “extra pepperoni” felt like extra. Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews but people who leave bad reviews because they had problems with the app… ? that has nothing to do with any specific locations

We ordered a pizza the previous night for delivery and paid for it online then it never ended up showing up. Then we woke up the next morning we called and wanted to find out why it never came. The lady was unwilling to resolve and had major attitude. Horrible service never coming here again.

The app didn’t work across multiple devices for this location. When I called the store said they had zero coupons even though the app showed they had some. Someone needs to fix the app or I imagine this store is going to lose a lot of business.

Contacted store for assistance with pizza order involving food allergies. Worker literally laughed, expressed no desire to help, and suggested cancelling the order - which we did. Pathetic customer service. Would never go here or recommend.

Zero star for these place first she talk to u on the phone like u owe her something verry rude then u ask her for special she tell the system is not working I can't give u the special with all my respect she speak zero English and she disrespect everybody I'm not the first one to call and get that I live in Arlington 5 of my Freind call and the same think 1 star is more then enaugh .its sucks to have these kind off biss in our Tawon it's shame .
Rule #1 about dominos don't talk about dominos to anyone that is a pizza snob. Rule #2 Dominos cheat code is order the Brooklyn pizza. The dough is stretched different and the toppings are proportionally different. The Arlington location gets it right every time. I also ask for the garlic sauce one the crust when I pick it up because it really enhances the left over presence of a pizza that you typically would throw out. The Brooklyn pizza at dominos truly rivals most local mom and pop pizza shops that are unable to consistently reproduce a consistent product. That being said the undercarriage is nice the toppings are consistently applied and it's cooked properly. I sometimes preheat the oven just in case you order a pie with multiple toppings just to ensure the slice is capable of standing tall!
