We arrived early, but they let other people go ahead of us. The chocolate machine wasn’t working! Honestly, I didn’t appreciate the way they spoke to me and my daughter. It was a terrible experience, and I will never come back. I paid for my order but didn’t even pick it up because I was so furious! Thanks for ruining my birthday.

I just want to thank the wonderful manager who helped me at 6:30 AM last Saturday morning. I had placed an online order the night before, and the online app gave me a confirmation that the order would be ready for pickup the next day. When I showed up in the morning, I was surprised that the order was not prepared, and apparently not even received. When I expressed my disappointment, the manager and her team of two other co-workers quickly assembled a large order (box of joe, dozen donuts, 6 breakfast wraps), giving me the benefit of the doubt that the failure in communication lay with the Dunkin' app which "confirmed" my order. I was very thankful in the moment, and able to arrive to my own place of work on time due to their expeditious effort. It was only later in the morning that I checked my EMAIL and saw that the Dunkin' app had sent a message that the order was not processed since the CC I used had expired. Upon realizing this, I immediately returned to the Dunkin' location at the end of my shift. Of course, since this was 12h later (6:30p.m.), a different crew of young men were staffing the counter. After explaining the morning's situation, I paid the whole balance of my order using a different CC. I asked them to relay my thanks to the morning crew when they had a chance.

Just came from this Dunkin and had the worse experience. The woman in glasses that handout my drink was so rude. I explain to hear the reason way the matcha wall in the bottle of the cup and her response to me was... WE HAVE BEEN DOING THINGS THE WAY WE DO FOR 25 YEARS.
Interesting because Matcha came in the menu less than 2 years ago. I know we paid for what we got and I was literally just trying to help I didn't ask or want another drink the only thing I thought I deserve as a costumer was to be treated politely, I don't need a person to be rude to me at 9am
I understand this is a pressure job and I'm sure she was there for a while, I respect and I'm grateful somebody is there to make food, but if you are not a people's person just don't spread anger. For the rest of the team, thank you so much, you guys are the best and unfortunately I'm not gonna be coming back.

Why to get an afternoon vegetation snack. Avocado toast, grilled cheese, coffee. Perfect. They didn't know what cheese they used. Coffee, didn't get sugar count right. Can do better. More training for person taking orders.

I am writing this review after only 1 visit to this Dunkin. But I can confirm that this location had the freshest Dunkin hashbrowns I’ve had in recent memory. If you go to Dunkin often, you know the difference between the typical stale/freezer burned hashbrowns and fresh hashbrowns. The iced coffee I got is just right too, it isn’t watered down at all. 5/5, my new favorite Dunkin’ Donuts.

offered free coffee with purchase today I got charged for both ,staff would not help me or give main office number???I got nowhere with them after twenty minutes I left empty handed, now I'll go somewhere else after going there for ten years. beware, false advertising here????and I'm not done......

Today I went to the Dunkin Donuts at this location around 5pm 8/7/22 the guy at the register was super rude, I approached and he was on his phone on my face for like 2 minutes and his beats headphones on, he looked at me and didn’t even talk to me, he took my order wrong, never looked at me at all. He obviously didn’t want to be there!
