This Dunks has gone downhill so fast, I have never waited 10 min for an ice and hot coffee in my life. The heavy girl with the long hair is EXTREMELY SLOW!! she lines up the empty cups and makes one at a time leaving the completed order without handing it to the customer!! She makes them all at once and makes the customer waits for her to finish!! Instead of banging out the orders as they come in and handing it to the customer. She needs to be retrained!! The girl with the short black bowl haircut ringing up the orders is so rude, instead of apologizing for making customers wait a ridiculous amount of time for a coffee her response is “Have a nice dayyyyy” with sarcasm! Someone you just want to slap!! Dunks on Broadway is fast, friendly and you ALWAYS leave with what you ordered!!!

This Dunkin’ on Summer Street is one of those rare locations that just quietly excels at being exactly what you need it to be. The staff here are consistently great — friendly, efficient, and somehow manage to stay cheerful even during the morning rush. Orders come out quickly and correctly, whether you’re grabbing a coffee, a sandwich, or one of those random donut runs that “wasn’t supposed to happen” but always does.
The place itself is usually clean and well kept, which honestly sets it apart from many other Dunkin’ locations in the area. Tables are wiped down, floors are tidy, and even the pickup counter looks organized. You can tell the crew here takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
One unexpected bonus — it’s actually a really convenient and safe meeting spot. I use it a lot for Craigslist transactions or quick in-person pickups and drop-offs. It’s well-lit, has a steady flow of people, and plenty of visibility both inside and in the parking lot, even at night. You never feel sketchy meeting someone here, which is a rare compliment for any public space these days.
Parking is easy, the location’s central, and the vibe is generally positive and welcoming. Whether you’re starting your morning, running errands, or doing an after-hours caffeine pit stop, this Dunkin’ delivers exactly what you want — good coffee, quick service, and a safe, friendly environment.
Definitely one of the better-run Dunkins in the Arlington area — reliable, consistent, and just a notch above the rest. 👍

I want to give kudos to Paul and Aliaahn. I'm not from the neighborhood. A friend and I just stopped in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat and got the best service from these two young gentlemen. Keep up the work guys you rock!

This is the first time I’ve seen this Dunkin’ in such poor condition. The tables were dirty, the floor was full of trash and napkins, and the rugs were very stained. The trash bins were overflowing, and the employees were sitting around doing nothing. One of them was even charging a phone using a long cable across the customer area
It’s a shame, because after the recent renovation, the place looks beautiful and much brighter. I usually come here every day, but I hadn’t been in about four weeks and I was really disappointed to see it like this today.
I hope management takes action to improve the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff.

It's not cool when you come into a place and just sitting at the cash register for 10 minutes and nobody's acknowledged you and then you got the manager mopping the floor there's no iced coffee there's a line out the door can somebody that's knew she's bossing her around and she don't even know what she's doing then she tells it to stop doing this and stop doing that and then after 15 minutes I get my coffee and it's not made right

We arrived early, but they let other people go ahead of us. The chocolate machine wasn’t working! Honestly, I didn’t appreciate the way they spoke to me and my daughter. It was a terrible experience, and I will never come back. I paid for my order but didn’t even pick it up because I was so furious! Thanks for ruining my birthday.

I just want to thank the wonderful manager who helped me at 6:30 AM last Saturday morning. I had placed an online order the night before, and the online app gave me a confirmation that the order would be ready for pickup the next day. When I showed up in the morning, I was surprised that the order was not prepared, and apparently not even received. When I expressed my disappointment, the manager and her team of two other co-workers quickly assembled a large order (box of joe, dozen donuts, 6 breakfast wraps), giving me the benefit of the doubt that the failure in communication lay with the Dunkin' app which "confirmed" my order. I was very thankful in the moment, and able to arrive to my own place of work on time due to their expeditious effort. It was only later in the morning that I checked my EMAIL and saw that the Dunkin' app had sent a message that the order was not processed since the CC I used had expired. Upon realizing this, I immediately returned to the Dunkin' location at the end of my shift. Of course, since this was 12h later (6:30p.m.), a different crew of young men were staffing the counter. After explaining the morning's situation, I paid the whole balance of my order using a different CC. I asked them to relay my thanks to the morning crew when they had a chance.

Just came from this Dunkin and had the worse experience. The woman in glasses that handout my drink was so rude. I explain to hear the reason way the matcha wall in the bottle of the cup and her response to me was... WE HAVE BEEN DOING THINGS THE WAY WE DO FOR 25 YEARS. Interesting because Matcha came in the menu less than 2 years ago. I know we paid for what we got and I was literally just trying to help I didn't ask or want another drink the only thing I thought I deserve as a costumer was to be treated politely, I don't need a person to be rude to me at 9am I understand this is a pressure job and I'm sure she was there for a while, I respect and I'm grateful somebody is there to make food, but if you are not a people's person just don't spread anger. For the rest of the team, thank you so much, you guys are the best and unfortunately I'm not gonna be coming back.
