The Dunkin’ Donuts in Arlington is truly exceptional. Aziz and his team are unbelievably kind, efficient, and dedicated—they consistently go above and beyond in everything they do. I used to watch Aziz greet customers by name, always followed by a warm “my friend,” and before I knew it, I became one of them. 🥹
It’s such a special feeling to walk into a place where you can feel the sense of community. The entire staff is tremendous—friendly, professional, and always attentive. I really need to make a point to learn more of their names, because every single person there contributes to the welcoming atmosphere and consistent quality.
Everything at this location is done with care, from how they make your order to how they treat each guest. I’m truly grateful that this is my morning Dunkin’s. Thank you to Aziz and the whole team for setting the standard for what excellent service and kindness look like!

Decided to try this Dunks before heading into work… now I have the stale, burnt taste of disappointment. Unpleasant to encounter a grumpy gentleman early in the morning; order was delayed due to poor communication between staff; food order was charred and tough, coffee watery. The 8 dollars I spent would have been better spent on lottery tickets, I’ll stick to my regular spots next time

This is the best Dunkin in Arlington. Aziz is so kind, he knows many customers by name and always greets them with a smile. He runs a great team who made our order quickly and correctly. Aziz makes your Dunkin run painless and pleasant.

I originally wrote this review a month or more ago, bemoaning the disappointing coffee:
“I mostly try to avoid this location after once getting a latte that was so weak, that it tasted like they had made it with coffee they had already used to make another drink first. Today, I decided to give them another try and ordered a medium latte. When I tasted it, it was noticeably weaker than the lattes I get at other locations. I had to take it home and add a double espresso to it to make it palatable. I will continue to avoid this location again in the future.”
Then, a few weeks ago, I decided to go in just to buy a few glazed munchkins. Figured they couldn’t screw that up since they are all the same. When I got home, I found that instead of the usual glazed munchkin, which they must have run out of, they had instead, put glaze on some plain munchkins and gave me those without telling me. Not the end of the world but not what I ordered either.

I order the same thing every time. Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with a large iced coffee, the coffee is always great, service is pretty good. However the bacon is CONSISTENTLY undercooked and mostly fat. Half of the time they just slap it into a pile of raw fatty bacon in the middle of the sandwich, I get back on the road or home ready to eat, and angrily spit the disgusting bacon out and have to take it off the sandwich. The kicker is almost 1/5 of the time they give you a fat pile of crispy bacon, so you know the times you don’t the workers are either severely untrained, or simply don’t care.
I never make reviews, but while I was air frying the 2 strips of bacon I could salvage from the fat I couldn’t take it anymore

If you're going to get slammed, either hire more people to get through the busy part or have your current people work faster. Waiting 15 minutes and leaving without ordering SUCKS

Aziz and the crew are fantastic! Aziz always has a kind word, and it’s such a nice way to start the day. I frequent this location almost every morning, even when it’s inconvenient, because this team is so kind.

After a long day at work I normally don't stop for coffee but for some reason I just felt like I really wanted to get something to drink. I decided to try something new and went with an iced Americano, with cold foam, butter pecan syrup and blueberry or maybe coconut unsweetened flavoring. Whatever I got though it was amazing. Hands down one of the best rings I've ever ordered and I'll always get that from now on!! Thank you dunks for making a delicious drink. Plus it was the weekend too so that extra caffeine kept me up pretty late that night, which I can't complain.

Aziz and team are rocking it on efficiency!! make sure they all get raises Dunkin!... My midnight coffee wasn't as hot as i wanted it once, a new fresh batch was whipped up along with a sincere apology and a thank you! That deserved a tip ( but i never have cash.... ugh) Okay Dunkin, make sure that they are paid well and happy... Im sure folks drive out of their way to avoid the Dunkin at the Gulf gas station just to come to this one!
