This is one of the best restaurants in Arlington.
Was having a rough Sunday after staying out too late the night before and craving some comfort food.
The guy who took my order has such a cheerful demeanor, it really put me in a good mood.
I splurged on the lobster roll and it really hit the spot. It's a bit small but they really load it with lobster meat instead of trying to skimp out with other fillers.
I have so many fond memories of eating this with my family and my grandmother always wanting us to get her a fisherman's platter (also really good).
Definitely check it out.

Don't get takeout. By the time you get home everything is cold and the fries are absolutely horrible. McDonald's has them beat big time.

Always the highest quality fish. Service and recommendations first class. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant, informative and most helpful. Even though fish is a little pricey, I will always go back there.

Fresh seafood by the pound and some ready to eat meals available for takeout only. You can pre-order. A bit pricey.

5/03/25 I have been here many times. I always order fried haddock plate, not lunch specials. Today I went there around 12::15 and put in my to go order. About 10 minutes and they brought my order to me. So I hobbled out to my car and looked. Oops! Wrong order. Lob was on the container. I thought it was quick. They had called in orders completely covering counter. Mixups happen . Another 20 minutes I was called over to pickup. This is full haddock plate? He said yes. I got home 20 minutes later. Haddock was cooked to perfection as always, but no Cole slaw. The mob of French fries were mushy but the healthy portion of haddock was perfect. Will I go there again? Yes but I'm going to order just fried haddock with Cole slaw only and check it before I head out of the building.
Very few restaurants cook French fries correctly, using fresh potatoes; not frozen shoestrings.

I gave five stars for food and service because, although the menu choices are limited, the food is fresh and tasty, and the portions are quite large. The crew is very friendly. The place itself is old which affects the atmosphere, and there are only a few tables. However if you dig old time diners you'll love it (I did). You can dine in (if there's available seating) or take out your food. Since it is a fish market, there's a selection of different kinds of fresh fish (including lobster, shrimp, etc.). Planty of parking space. I highly recommend this place.

Really helpful staff, and very good quality products. Costs more than a grocery store, but you can absolutely tell the difference in quality.

Lobster roll was in a hot dog bun. The potatoes in the clam chowder were raw.
