My wife and I had dinner there last Wednesday. The food, wine, and service was superb. I am a picky eater and I was rewarded for finding this spot after searching on google. The fresh heads of lettuce on a rack tells it all...nothing from a bag at this place. I had the chicken with wild rice and black beans. We liked this place so much that we are going to plan visits to the Regent in Arlington or Chevalier on Medford...and have dinner here first.

This place is so good!! The apple and cheese pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever had - and I love that they use fresh and local ingredients. We had some of the seasonal menu items and they were phenomenal. They also had lots of vegetarian options which was great. Thank you so much for the best meal of our trip to Massachusetts!

Great food. We were introduced by friends who brought PNK to our house, and we loved it. Tonight we stopped by for the Chicken Dinner - it’s great. The portions and plating for takeout are great, this looks and tastes like the best home cooked meal.
l will be back again; thank you!

Absolutely incredible hidden gem in Arlington for high quality Italian cuisine. The focaccia is one of the best I have ever had. Don’t skip the roasted carrot dish, it was one of the standout items we ordered. We enjoyed the garlic knots, chicken parm, the chicken sandwich, and several pizzas. Every single dish was delicious and made with high quality ingredients, you could tell. The red wine was a divine Montepulciano. The owner takes great care and pride in what he serves, and the experience eating here was such a treat. Everything was so good that we forgot to take photos! Can’t wait to come back

Wonderful food.
We dropped a package at the nearby UPS store and window shopped for a dinner restaurant.
My wife and I shared fried peppers with corn on the cob and a mushroom ravioli entree. I had a (shared) Pilsner beer, and we shared an ice cream.
We almost did not eat here- my wife insisted that “Prep” meant it was a prep and cook your own food place. I insisted on asking, and learned it was a normal restaurant.
The setup was seated immediately with a carafe of ice cold water, two water glasses, and two small plates. It is a perfect setup for sharing. We were told to order at the counter. After ordering, the food was served at the table and we were checked on every few minutes.
The corn and peppers were a lot. Both very good. The peppers were the consistency of cooked spinach-I was expecting something similar to roasted peppers. The ravioli was great. The beer was a great choice. I am from Oregon where beer makers compete to put too much in their beers-IPA is too IPA, everything is overdone. I like an east coast beer-one you can toss down in 10 seconds on a hot day- which this one was.
The five star reviews are deserved. Delicious food from scratch, and friendly service.

Had the Pesto pizza. It was the BEST pizza I have ever had. The tomato salad was so incredible. All of the food was garden fresh and so delicious. My husband and I called it a perfect meal. We loved the atmosphere and open kitchen too. We live 1.5 hours away, otherwise we would be very regular customers.

Phenomenal sandwich. Perfect balance of sweet and savory with excellent pickles. Pizza fell short. Expectations did not get met based on reviews. I really wanted to love the pizza, but it was just okay. The dough was perfectly cooked, no flop, BUT… the crust was just not great compared to what was expected. Not sure if the starter in the dough had a rough couple days or what but the crust was stiff and hard more like an overcooked bread than an airy pizza crust. I’d like to return to give it another shot, I’m hopeful the pizza will be better next time!
Below I’ll show my pizza crust compared to other reviews. Overall staff were awesome, fresh ingredients, hopeful that dough will improve on next visit.

So good, love that the menu changes regularly and there is clearly a lot of thought put into it. If I could eat here everyday, I would. There is always something for everyone on the menu, including kids. The pricing is very reasonable, when you factor in the quality and freshness of the ingredients and that they are sourced locally. Pizza and salad is the star of the show, but if you are feeling adventurous, everything else I have tried here is also delicious.

This tiny, no frills restaurant serves top notch gourmet farm-to-table food. Everything I've tried here has been interesting, and almost everything has been delicious. The menu is seasonal, so there's always something new. The only downside is that the secret is out; expect to wait for a table at peak times on Friday and Saturday.

I can't recommend this pizza place enough! Their unique combinations are a game-changer—especially the potato pizza and mushroom pizza, which are both incredibly delicious and full of flavor. They also offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian pizzas, which is a huge win for us. The salads are refreshing, and the ranch dressing is absolutely to die for—so creamy and flavorful. Don’t even get me started on the garlic knots… they’re simply irresistible!
We’ve been ordering from them regularly, and every time, we’re blown away by the high-quality ingredients they use. It’s clear they really care about what goes into each dish, especially with their seasonal ingredients and fresh combinations. If you’re looking for something new and exciting, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
