Had the best birthday dinner with my family last night! The tuna is amazing. The chef is able to accommodate allergies- such as gluten and dairy. The short rib is always incredible. Highly recommend.

First time at the restaurant. Early reservation but still plenty of fellow diners. Service was excellent, hostess, server and runners all top notch. We sampled four dishes; potstickers and striped bass were excellent. Feta brûle salad had the potential to be excellent but too much going on. Menu doesn’t mention pesto or sun-dried tomatoes. Could do without, IMHO. Torched feta was fabulous. Baked mussels were very fresh. A bit dry but good. I will go back. Next time, steak tacos, bolognese or seared tuna or whatever their fresh fish is that night.

Scutra is one of our family's all-time favorite restaurants. We went Saturday night in honor of our sister-in-law who had just passed away two days before. Didier's excellent food (fried artichoke hearts and super tender hanger steak for me), Cid's warm embrace, and Louie's charm made for the best evening possible remembering our beloved Ann. Can't recommend Scutra highly enough!

Excellent food and such friendly staff! We had the bruschetta special as appetizer and even my picky kids loved it! We especially liked the bacon wrapped scallops and the shrimp carbonara. The pear tartlet dessert was a great finish to the meal. Truly a neighborhood gem.

We were at Scutra yesterday for Mother's Day dinner and we were so impressed! One dish was better than the next and the dessert- grilled cheesecake and creme Brule were the best we ever had! The chefs must be commended for not only the beautiful presentation of the food, but also the fact that the food was fresh, delicious and perfectly cooked! The scallops were tender, the shrimp cooked to perfection! The service was top notch and Zoe made sure we had everything we needed for the evening ( thank you Zoe!). If you're looking for a 5 star meal, this neighborhood restaurant will impress and surprise you. Grazie, thank you, we will be back!

Our second visit to Scutra love the casual atmosphere with fancy touches, food is creative and delicious - so many wonderful choices - sauces are beyond compare and the strawberry rhubarb mini pie baked to order was absolutely fantastic. We live two hours away but will fit it into our plans when down in the area!

Went for Saturday dinner with our party of 4. Ordered the Balsamic Braised Short Ribs which the waiter recommended I try. The Short Rib was perfectly tender and served with creamy asparagus and mashed potatoes. For desert, I ordered the chocolate mud cake. The ambiance is peaceful and about the best you can get without venturing into downtown Boston. Service is also top quality as everyone from the general manager down to the servers. The weekend crowd of this place is an obvious reflection of their attention to detail. You will have to fight for weekend reservations at this place as this place is some of the highest quality French/Belgian food in the local area.

Scutes is a really excellent restaurant. I've been there a number of times and never been disappointed. The four of us ordered from the daily specials, bacon wrapped petit tenderloins and the veal, with classic creme brulee for dessert. The chef is talented and creative. Our waitperson Ava was attentive and got everything perfectly, and the hostess was so kind to me (I'm currently on crutches). A great evening!!
Parking: If the parking in front of Scutra is full, you can park at the Ace Hardware just behind the restaurant, a very short walk.
