Amazing experience here! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the drinks are really good. Service was nice and quick. However, there seems to be an after-school rush, and when I came there were so many people. Few tables that were taken up by people, but overall, 5 stars!

These baristas are like family. They know me by name and they know my order. When they see me walking into view they start making my drink. They’re all so friendly and I love going in and seeing them everyday because it puts me in a positive mood before work. They are a very special group. I’m happy to consider them my friends.

Been a customer for years, the ambiance used to be so nice, drinks consistent, now it feel like been in a deep and dark subway station while the past 3 times my drink was different (mocha), once missing the chocolate and the next the coffee shot but not the chocolate so they had to remake them. Please close this location too, Arlington center deserves better!

This location has gone down hill and they've changed a lot of the old staff that provided great service. My wife and I come in here every week multiple times as we live close by but today they were very unwelcoming. Usually they don't mind giving you a cup of ice or ice water if you're just passing by and thirsty but today the new girl was very adamant it requires a purchase and kept saying for customers only.
They just lost regular customers *shrug*. Not sure if it's a corporate policy, store policy or just a bad worker but sheesh they must be losing money if a cup of ice or ice water is breaking the bank. The old staff always treated the local community and regulars the right way. Horrible management.

I love Starbucks for coffee and food option consistency. My favorite Starbucks so far in my travels, is located on Mass Ave in Arlington MA. The staff, including the manager make it a point to greet customers and are consistently friendly and interested. I've come to know a few of the folks who work there and it has elevated my experience as well. Exceptional location. I will caution, it isn't the largest Starbucks I've been to so if you are planning to work from the location, there are two tables with plugs and maybe two others that would be ok to work but no plugs. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars for atmosphere.

I went in there with the endings of a gift card. Got a tall coffee. The person that took my order was very patient with me as I was a little frazzled and in desperate need of a coffee … I got my coffee within three minutes which is unusual for starbies and it is delicious fresh and hot and everything I needed to get me through the day. Thank you so much!
