I went in there with the endings of a gift card. Got a tall coffee. The person that took my order was very patient with me as I was a little frazzled and in desperate need of a coffee … I got my coffee within three minutes which is unusual for starbies and it is delicious fresh and hot and everything I needed to get me through the day. Thank you so much!

The new, automated coffee machine makes awful tasting coffee. Why mess with drip coffee?! It never did anything to anyone. Been consistent it's whole life!????????

Coffee fresh people are sweet enough you don’t need sugar in your cup.

Not enough good things said about the management and the hard working people at this location. Thank you for always doing your best, treating each customer with superior kindness and professionality.

go there about once a week, I shouldn't but I have gift card money to spend. if you don't know their stupid special names for the sizes they'll just give you a small no mayter what. today, I straight up just didn't get my drink. Waited around for 45 minutes. If you do get a drink it is good but the service here is awful. I suggest just going to Gail Anne's across the street or a different Starbucks.

I come in often and really no issues, yet tonight was a disgrace, sort a busy and only 2 employees, 1 Spanish gal with glasses, didn't get her name was so sweet!!, running around with her head cut off and still exc customer service!!The other useless gal, name was N.I, almost certain, because she stood there like a deer in a headlight, doing nothing and really didnt seem to care, the other sweet gal had to tell her to do things and get going! This NI was an absolute waste of payroll. The prices go up and like this employee NI, the service goes down!.

I grew up in Arlington and decided to move back with my fiancé 2 years ago. Since moving I’ve been a daily customer at Starbucks on broadway in Arlington. When I began coming this “manager” named Ben would be there daily. He would constantly give me a cold attitude and no greeting. Because I was there for the coffee and not him I would just ignore it. As time went on multiple instances happened where he would go out of his way to target me while I was there. Just to name one scenario I came in one day and as I’ve mentioned I’m there EVERYDAY. Since I’m a regular a lot of the other baristas/ other managers and I have formed great relationships as acquaintances exchanging plans for the weekend and asking about each others days. One day I came in there was one croissant left and it was just before closing a kind employee asked if I would like the last croissant after ordering and waiting for my drink. Ben notices that this croissant doesn’t have a order sticker on it and began to call me out Infront of the whole store, customers, workers, everyone. He proceeded in his loudest and most condescending tone saying that if I wanted something I had to buy it and gave me the dirtiest looks. Mind you I did not as a customer ask for any free items or special treatment this was offered to me by a barista that works there. In fear of getting the barista in trouble I apologized and let the situation go. Another instance is when I had an important phone call that I was waiting for and unfortunately they called while I was waiting for my order. My phone had some water damage so I had to place it on speaker to hear what the person was saying. Mind you it’s mid day in Starbucks everyone’s having their own conversation, music is going, it’s just loud overall. He is making his coffees and look at me and says “you need to turn that off” I’m appalled at this point because this isn’t my first run in with him and I can see at this point he is grasping at strings. I didn’t reply I simply told the person I was on the phone with id call them back, got my drink, and left. This is just a couple problems I’ve had with him and there are many. Like I said I’m on good terms with other baristas and managers (mostly all) multiple of them have expressed how hard it is to work under him and how unkind he can be. I genuinely feel bad for some of the great people who had to work with him in Arlington. I hope he is better in Assembly! ☮️?

The rudest manager ever! All Starbucks that I have frequented lately have gone back to happily taking g travel mugs when filling coffee orders. They have always rinsed the cup, some with hot water! This man would not take my cup because there was a bit of yesterdays coffee in it so I went to the bathroom and washed it out. He was very rude saying he couldn't take it now because he didn't know if it was sanitized? WatF!!!!!! Lost a customer! Rude and dismissive. Way to be part of the Problem 'sir'!
