Wanted to try their lunch specials. The portions were very large and reasonably priced. You get only white rice and soup with your Entree. Portions are big enough to share. Big choice of classic Chinese food. You would need to order appetizers extra if you want it. Fried rice is on the dinner menu, but lunch is only white rice. Dinner portions are large enough to share. Next time we will order one dinner entree, one order fried rice or lo-mein, and one appetizer about the same price as 2 lunches.

What a place for some dumplings! I got the shrimp and veg steamed dumplings with a bowl of spicy beef noodle soup. Will come back!

Order sesame chicken for delivery and was charged over $20 for about 12 pieces of chicken and two broccoli florets and they couldn’t even have include a side of rice with the meal? Crazy overpriced and mid-tier quality at best.

Wow!! The reviews are true! What a great authentic Chinese restaurant! Like previous reviews, the rice cake stir fry was so delicious. While they were out of snow pea shoots, Celine, wife and co-owner along with her husband, recommended a Chinese green squash instead and it so perfectly cooked. Around us, we saw many customers ordering soup dumplings and homemade pork buns that looked amazing but we were rushing to eat quickly and go to the airport. We were in town temporarily to drop off our daughter for college, we plan to return in October for Parent’s weekend. Try this place out!

Spontaneous lunch outing here - the food was very fresh and delicious and the waitstaff were very prompt and friendly. The menu has some pretty adventurous entrees (to a non-Chinese person), but there were plenty of Chinese patrons, so there’s probably a demand.
Great food, and the wait for food is short

I discovered this restaurant while bicycling to Lexington on the Minuteman Trail. I love the traditional dining room with table cloths and Chinese decorations. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and attentive. It has become one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Boston.
Their food is so fresh! Ms. Chen is the best - she is super sweet, considerate, and treats customers like friends!

Terrible takeout, food was clearly frozen and soggy and very bland. Too expensive for the quality.
Family dinner at the restaurant and great warm host and service. Very reasonable price.
It was a little crowded in the restaurant when we were there. Food tastes good, but Malantou wasn’t that fresh.
Authentic food, friendly staff. Nice shop. Gladly again.
