Great food. Feels a little gloomy...

I've been eating here occasionally for years and have never been disappointed.

Tried the drunken noodle with chicken at Town Day and it was so good!!! Nice and spicy. Dee-lish!

I am chocked of the agressively of the ladyI went there to have dinner once i came in first of all she told me ( and i precise not even hi ) go and sit wherever you wantJust let you know we don't take credit card we have no internetSo i said ok and i was having empathy so i asked and how are you guys doing for the orders on line she yelled at me " listen i have problem now i tell you you pay cash everything is shut down i can not change anything" so i told her you may change the way you talk to customerI am a regular customer i order on line almost every week and this doesn't matter you know if you want to keep your costless this is not the way you talk to them you are talking very loud and it's not professionalDo she yelled at me " go away!!! I don't want your business i have a lot to deal with now !!!!I am chocked literally sitting in my car speechless and the worst she was following me i thought she was gonna agress me my god this is so choking !!!!If i could i would put zero star

I had the Basil fried rice and it was absolutely delicious!. Especially on a empty stomach!.

First time ordering. The food was terrible. Threw it ot it was so bad. Would not recommend. There are better Thai places to order from.

This restaurant is my favorite one in all of Arlington! The food it's absolutely delicious!

This restaurant has been our go-to take-out Thai place during the last two years, so this review is not a reflection on food as the food is really tasty! However, the latest interaction with a staff member, while placing a phone order was unacceptable to me as a customer. The lady was rude and sounded irritated :( Please consider training your staff as customer service clearly needs improvement, as evidenced by other reviews also.

The food was very flavorful and spicy. Highly recommended for Authentic Thai food.

Super greasy food. The floor was extremely dirty! One of the worst places I’ve ever been.

Ordered recently from them, and the orange chicken was three tiny pieces of chicken with a lot of just batter deep fried. Very sad, one the worst item on their menu. The Crispy duck was way-way tooo deep fried with parts quite burnt, rather than crisp. Sadly not going to order from here again. Not happy with this past experience.On delivery, very efficient and good - no complaints there, person delivering rang doorbell and ensured I came to the door to pick up.

This used to be our favorite Thai place in Arlington but not anymore.If you order though DOORDASH, they will cancel your order last minute and when you call to ask what happened, the lady on the phone will tell you that she doesn’t want to “give DoorDash %30 and so if you give me your credit card, I can have your food delivered by my own driver”. This is after having higher prices listed on DD.Now for the food, the pad Thai is great, the Bangkok rice is excellent but DO NOT GET THE ORNAGE CHICKEN!it’s nothing but crust. There is no chicken in it.We spent $50 with tip and delivery on 3 dishes and will not be ordering anymore from here.

Thai e sarn never lets me down. I can get pretty much anything on the menu and be happy but I’m going thru a drunken noodle phase right now :)
