People are very nice and the vegetables are always fresh but the meat is extremely hit or miss. Usually the chicken is pretty dry but this last go it was full of skin and fat and chewy pieces and I had to toss it. I wish they had a better way to figure out how to serve meat because all my friends have stopped going here as a result. I hope they figure it out and the restaurant makes it! Great folks and awesome menu.
Fat Greek Arlington was so good at the beginning that I was raving about it to all my friends, but it's already declined, which makes me sad. I loved their chunky, juicy chicken souvlaki, but it's been re-conceived as scrawny, overcooked, dried out chicken bits on a stick, on half the rice there used to be. The food is always delicious, but they always forget something in my takeout orders. I get their Greek salad and they forget the dressing. It is so frustrating. Overall, pretty solid food, but the attention to detail for takeout is really bad.
